格蘭德飯店(Grand Hotel)

飯店很漂亮，地點很好，乾淨，設施一流，服務堪稱典範。我們非常享受在格蘭德酒店的住宿。我們的問題似乎出在 TRIP.COM 上。我們支付了帳單，這一事實由我們的信用卡證明，但我們不斷收到未付款的通知。我嘗試聯繫酒店，但沒有成功，也沒有聯繫 TRIP.COM。

儘管這是一家漂亮的酒店，並讓我們提前一小時入住，但我們真的很失望，因為它缺少我們所支付的住宿價格的基本設施。房間裡沒有肥皂可以洗手或洗手，當我們向接待人員要肥皂時，他們說沒有收到訂單，所以酒店裡沒有肥皂。如果所有房客在使用浴室至少一天後都無法洗手，這似乎有點衛生問題。而且我們住的時候天氣異常寒冷，當我們要求房間裡開暖氣時，他們說直到下午 6 點才開暖氣。我們不得不把一個小型暖爐送到我們的房間，直到我年邁的母親開始取暖，因為她在我們的房間裡穿著外套取暖。工作人員看起來不錯，但很多人剛開始在那裡工作，似乎沒有接受過足夠的關於酒店結構或設施的培訓來充分幫助客人（有人甚至無法幫助我們找到房間並告訴我們回到接待處） 。總的來說，似乎存在一些管理問題，不幸的是，這些問題破壞了在理想位置的愉快住宿。

Having stayed here on several occasions over the past ten years I'm very saddened that the standard of the rooms has dropped considerably. The hot water tap in the hand basin wouldn't turn off completely, dripping all night. The toilet wouldn't flush correctly, and the over bath shower wasn't up to much. In general the bathroom was poorly maintained and cleaned. The furniture in the room is also getting very tired. This was an adjoining room, but offered hardly any sound insulation from 'next door'. I was kept awake by very loud snoring through the night. Add to this on checking out in the morning, the hotel had attempted to take payment for his room although the account had already been settled.. Not what you expect for rooms at €180/ night. Shame.

Fab 5 night stay at the Grand, lovely relaxing hotel. Food delish and staff very friendly. Rooms very comfy tho could do with air con. Location superb. Recommend lovely walk along coast into Por**arnock. Also recomend using hotel pool area, sauna, hot tub etc really nice.

Lovely hotel in a beautiful location. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Breakfast and meals in restaurant / bar all very good.

Because of illness I had to cancel on Thurs 7 December and so did not check in this time. The above assessment is based on my experience of a previous visit. Out of courtesy I let the hotel know so that the room could be sold to someone else. I wonder if any refund is possible if the room was let to another guest?

This hotel is beautiful. Our room was very spacious, clean and comfortable, although a bit too warm at night. However, we opened the windows and soon cooled down. Its location is close to numerous bars and restaurants and within easy walking distance to the railway station with regular trains into Dublin. The hotel restaurant is well worth a visit for delicious food, a good range of drinks and helpful, friendly staff. I would definitely recommend the Grand and will be staying here again.
