拉斐拉旅館(Rafaela Guest House)

가는날이 일요일이라 이해해도 2시 예약소님이있으면 기다려야하는데 30분 벨을눌러도 대답이없고 지나가늣 주민이 전화해보라해 전화하니 1시간뒤에 온다고, 여행자의 1시간이 얼마나 소중한데 결국 4시넘어 체크인하고 해질무렵 말라가 구경. 시설은 괜찮은편.세탁기.부억. 커피머신등 좋은점이 많은덕 사소한 응대때문에 모든게 흐려짐

Nos alojamos en el apartamento un grupo de 10 amigos, y para nuestra sorpresa, el sábado noche al regresar para dormir encontramos a una pareja ajena a nuestro grupo, que había conseguido entrar en el apartamento y estaba manteniendo relaciones sexuales en una de nuestras habitaciones. La mujer alegaba haber reservado la habitación a través de Booking para mayo de 2024 (estábamos en febrero), y había recibido el código de apertura de la casa. El casero, extremadamente grosero, nos culpó de todo, alegando que él nunca cambia el código de la casa ya que son los huéspedes los responsables de la seguridad de la casa durante su estancia (dejamos una llave en el cajetín de entrada, ya que al ser 10 amigos nos venía bien mantener una llave de reserva en esa ubicación, a la que pensábamos que solo nosotros tendríamos acceso). En las normas de la casa indicaba que se permitía mantener llaves dentro del cajetín. No se mostró comprensivo ni se disculpó, no quiso reembolsar, únicamente cambió las sábanas de la cama en la que se habían mantenido relaciones (con envoltorio de preservativo incluido). Llamamos a la policía para reportar allanamiento de morada, y actualmente estamos en trámite de denuncia para aclarar este hecho. Afortunadamente no se nos sustrajo nada de valor, pero la impotencia e inseguridad de saber que gente aleatoria puede entrar en tu alojamiento al que vas de fin de semana a disfrutar, es tremenda. Por otra parte, el dueño confesó haber entrado en el apartamento cuando nosotros estabamos de turismo, lo cual es cuanto menos inadecuado, si no vas a arreglar zonas comunes ni otorgar ningún servicio (da para pensar que entra para husmear si no hay nadie, y si lo confirma y puede meter a mas gente, se lucra de forma extra). Antes duermo en la calle que repetir este alojamiento.

Good communication, straight forward instructions to gain entry and spotlessly clean. I got the impression the owners cared about their visitors. Little extra touches like the helpful noticeboard and the cake left for anyone to eat were much appreciated . I would definitely stay again.

The owner was super rude in every communication and responding with offensive sarcastic words. Did not feel welcomed at all and they charged me 15€ for 2 towels claiming they were unusable (I have dyed hair and I don’t have a problem with towels at my house so I know how it works). Will absolutely not return or recommend the place. With what I saw they respond badly to anyone saying even the smallest complain, to the point that idk how they have 8 stars on booking.

I was very impressed by how nice the place was. The kitchen, common baths and living area/salon were all very nice. The place also had three pleasant outdoor seating areas for guests to enjoy. The kitchen was very well equipped. The residence is made up of five private rooms, with guests sharing the common areas. Four of the rooms shared two bathrooms, so at least one bathroom was always available to use. My room, the furthest from the street, faced a quiet internal courtyard. The room also had a steel rolldown window blind that kept out possible noise. I had a good sleep each night. The residence is some distance from the tourist sites. However the neighborhood was very pleasant, with restaurants within easy walking distance. There's also a large grocery a few blocks away. It was nice to actually stay in a local neighborhood, away from the hoards of tourists.
