Reception staff is efficient. We faced issue with the TV, the technical person came, then disappeared without any explanation. We call again, another person came to solve the issue. Room service offers limited menu - need to expand the selection. Overall our stay was OK.

Good price promo, nice room, nice breakfast, short walking to Haram

The hotel is outstanding for those traveling for Umrah. Check-in experience was excellent, Riham answered our questions regarding the stay and gave us a room on high floor. We booked a room with partial Haram view, and it did not disappoint. The room itself is spacious, bathroom is clean, with separate basin for washing feet etc. If you’re tired after Umrah, 24/7 room service can deliver food to your room, although a bit pricey. Concierge service was excellent, Basir helped us store our luggage after we checked out, so we picked it up after few hrs. Definitely recommend!

Thank you very much to upgrade my room to executive suite. This the best experience to stay here before my haj. I will remembered. Recommend!!!

I booked a room with a triple bed with a Haram view but I got a room with no view at all and the room was closed off with a wooden window, That man in the recipient rejected the refund because the rooms are different so I had to stay because I couldn't cancel my reservation. Also, the room has no iron. The only good thing I had for this hotel was that it is so close to the Haram, but I am not happy with this experience at the Hilton Jabal Omar Convention Hotel

The hotel was too close to harm less than 5 minutes. The room service was very good. Very clean and comfortable

Très bonne expérience en face de l’haram

Très bien situé, l’hôtel est à 5 minutes à pied de l’entrée du Haram, ce qui facilite grandement l’accès. Toutes les commodités s’y trouvent avec également un restaurant bien fourni, et des plats très diversifiés. J’ai trouvé la qualité du service en dessous des standards d’un hôtel de ce standing. Pour exemple, j’ai demandé l’impression d’un seul et unique papier important (pour raison médicale), qu’on m’a refusé sans plus de considération. Le personnel était très insistant le matin pour nettoyer la chambre (jusqu’à sonner 3 fois en 2h). Et l’accueil froid, pas très chaleureux, pas avenant, n’a pas amélioré le service. Je reste tout de même très satisfait de mon séjour, dans ce lieu incroyable.
