Hibatullah Hotel Makkah

24 Mayıs 2025 de giriş yaptık, 15 Haziran da ayrılacağız. Otel odamızın camı karşı otelin dibinde olduğu işin apartman boşluğuna bakıyor ve odaya nerdeyse hiç gün ışığı girmiyor, dolayısıyla sabah kalkınca saate bakmaksam sabah olduğunu anlamam imkansız. Ayrıca pencereden temiz hava girme şanlı yok ve odada kesinlikle çok fazla bir nem ve lağım kokusu var. Yatağın yanındaki abajur nemden küflenmiş. Lağım Kokusu problemi için resepsiyondan yardım istedik ama hiçbir şey yapmadılar. Klima çok sesli çalışıyor gece rahatsız ediyor. Özetle Mekke’de birçok otelde kalabilirsiniz ama burayı kesinlikle tavsiye etmem.

Hôtel au top. Un 3 étoiles vrmt propre. Les chambres sont propre et spacieuses. L’établissement est bien situé et seulement à 7min à pied du haram et vous éviterez la montée en passant par l’hôtel Anjum. Personnel au top. Je recommande cette hôtel.

Very Good Hotel with value for money. Friendly Staff and welcoming . Good Managment and good rooms . Very good location, walking distance from Haram. The rooms are new , clean either good TV channels

I had a very good stay. The hotel is 15 minutes walking distance from Al Haram. The hotel staff are very friendly and cooperative. Especially thanks to Mr. Mohammad Barakat, front desk manager, and Mr. Yahia, Food and Beverage manager for their sincere support and assistance during our stay. I would also like to acknowledge Zakir Khan from the housekeeping department who continued to provide great service during our stay. The hotel ambiance is great and worth the money. If I go back to Makkah, I’ll definitely choose Hibatullah hotel.

One of the best and closest hotel in Makkah. Hotel is clean and neat. Very friendly staffs. Rooms are super spacious and available most of amenities. We were in 13th floor and didn’t face any issues with crowded or long wait lift as we are facing with many other hotels. Hotel is just 10mins walk (around 400-500 meters) to haram

I honestly couldn’t have chosen a better hotel, service is topnotch, rooms are very clean and big, and workers converse in english 😅 isn’t that great, try Hibatullah and thank me later, such a comfortable space very quiet and peaceful Alhamdulilah

Nice hotel pleasant rooms not a very good view from the windows, hot water is not enough in the electric heater reservoir ,can't find easily the room service or room keepers , in spite being close to the haram but its not easy for elders to go to the haram because of the high ramp , any way it is a good stay for hajj or umrah

Here is come: we checked in at 3am - they gave us the top floor when we arrived the door was opened and the shower has fruit flies. The shower floated alot. We checked out and returned after median and they gave us a room on the second floor wow there was a different CLEAN, NO FLIES. I was gutted i didnt ask them for a different room when i first came to makkah as i assumed all the rooms had flies. If they do give you a room and the door is opened its properly a crappy room with fruit flies which you will get if your checking in around 3am. Overall, the second time we check-in it was spotless, comforttable. The walk to kabaa is 10minutes there is a hill but if you turn right and pass a hotel (cant remeber what its called)but you will see the hotel and see people walking towards that way just follow them. Honestly you will not have any issues walking there, its close, it takes yo near gate 78 or 80. you wont get lost, and you will get use to the different gates.
