فندق راقٍ من جميع النواحي، الموقع ممتاز بجوار الحرم مباشرة، والغرف نظيفة ومريحة. طاقم العمل متعاون جدًا ويقدمون خدمة احترافية وسريعة. الإفطار متنوع ولذيذ بمعنى الكلمة — من أفضل الفنادق التي أقمت بها في مكة.

الفندق موقعه حلو ولكن خدمة الاستقبال كانوا جداً غير متعاونين للآسف وكذلك الأمن عرقلوا وسيلة نقلي مما كلفته مخالفة مرورية

This hotel is below my expection, the amenities look old, the lighting is low, i book king size bed but they give two single bed and then they combined it to make it king size bed, as replacement they give me haram view instead of city view that i book.thanks

موقع جيد في أبراج البيت الاطلالة جزئية على الكعبة في الغزف أما الأجنحة المطلة على الكعبة فإطلالتها روعة

Magnifique, tout est mise en œuvre pour effectuer les manassikes Dans des conditions favorables . Excellent point pour les équipes de restauration. Expérience à refaire sans hésitation ( avec chambre vue sur Kaaba) inchaallah.

Enjoyed everything, well maintained and clean hotel with friendly staff and helpful workers especially at the breakfast on M1. The location was very near to the haram and I enjoyed being near to all the shops and food courts.

Personnel agréable emplacement au top accès à tout vraiment très proche des magasins et de la mosquée attention léger bémol sur le nettoyage de la poussière dans les placards et le manque de serviettes nous étions 3 et n’avons eu que 2 serviettes ( je tenais à vous le dire dans le seul but de vous améliorer ) l’hôtel et le personnel le mérite

Amazing room, booked 3 beds, got upraded to 4 beds. Very nice access, near to haram, easy checkin and check out. Very nice staffs, especially the bellboy. The hotel must pay attention to the cleanliness of public facilities, especially the toilets in the lobby are very dirty.
