Terrible!! My stay at the hotel was disappointing, particularly due to the level of service and cleanliness. The staff was often unreachable by phone when I needed assistance, which was inconvenient. Moreover, the condition of the carpet in my room suggested it had not been washed for some time, though it wasn't necessarily smelly. This aspect of my stay did not meet my expectations for comfort and cleanliness. The view was good but at night it was noisy due to outside traffic.

Satisfait de cet hotel, très bon rapport qualité prix. Il faut compter environ 15 minutes pour accéder à l'extension de la mosquée, rajouter environ 5/10 minutes (en fonction du moden) pour arriver au pied de l'horloge

Hotal is good but little far from haram 15 to 20 minutes walk. They provide bus service from hotel to haram.24 hours . If you’re young and couple is good . If person old and not able to walk.chose another near haram.and near hotal lot of shops.

Good ambience and service. Booked a double bedroom but they gave 2 single beds. Apart from that, been a good experience

I travelled for umrah. The location is good since it’s 15 mins away from haram by walk & 3-4 mins by their free shuttle bus. It’s as good as you can get in this price range.

Very bad experience, called for billman to help 5 times and no one showed off, Called for a spoon many times and no one showed off, dirty towels, and took 45 minutes or More for checking in

The shuttle bus service was excellent. Nice welcome entrance. The room was pretty average, cleaned bedding sheets but weird room airflow. Especially if you have allergies or asthma.

The location was not so far and was available the shuttle bus service, cleanliness is good and the service 👍, will stay again for my next umrah in sha ALLAH.

Big hotel with active and helpful reception guys for quick check in and room beds are nicely made by housekeepers. Good location as Haram & standard dining choices are at 10 minutes walk and a lot of grocery shops around. Room size was bit smaller for 4 beds even. Bathroom need maintenance with better quality shower head that shouldn’t fall down while we adjust it. Level setting of shower tray is needed to stop water from coming out and making floor watery and messy. No toilet rolls provided, bit strange and cost saving. Very safe stay for couples & families. Overall nice experience, though I feel there should have been free Aftari & Sehri arrangements within this price.
