酒店房間很乾凈，服務很好，就是早餐不太好.

The hotel is very nice and clean. Staff are very polite and friendly. They cleaned the room every day. The hotel is 5 min walk to the haram, but from the 114 gate (women’s prayer area). Will need to walk a little bit more to gate 79 (king Fahad gate)-Umrah gate. Will need to go up a small hill. Close to the bus station (9min). Will need to go up a small hill.

Everything is excellent. Mizanur Rahman is one of the great officer at the hotel.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. It’s ideal for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat without sacrificing the convenience of being close to the haram, The combination of luxurious amenities, attentive staff, and a beautiful atmosphere made for a memorable stay. I got the cheapest hotel price in the holiday season only in trip.com... For the quality of the hotel, it is certain that the facilities are all five-star, the rooms are spacious, clean, only the distance needs to walk a bit far to the mosque because the access is still not perfect

We stayed in Junior suite during our recent trip to Makkah, we booked this room specifically to get access to club lounge where one can have free refreshments all day, up on checking we were told their club lounge is closed for renovation, it was really disappointing, had we know this before we would have booked standard room instead of junior suite.

Good but due to the Haram construction did not have easy access to Masjed. They don’t have shuffle to Haram, even a gulf car

The hotel was good food wasn’t good

Difficulty in checking in. I was told that my accommodation did not include breakfast and told I would have to wait for confirmation. Still, the following morning when I went to get breakfast, my room number wasn't on the list. The restaurant staff initially refused to let me in for breakfast, but in the end they gave in. The receptionist, whose name I have forgotten but which begins with L, is always pleasant and helpful. She gave me a larger room as an upgrade.

Stayed 6d7n when performing umrah. Great hotels. Nearby free shuttle to masjid aishah at tanaim for Miqat. Great staff. Walkway to haram around 10 mins (to the new extention). Will come back when extension area fully completed (connected to bridge. So close!)

The hotel was very nice and a great deal. The distance from this hotel to masjid haram was closed, but the construction is undergoing.. Yet still a great place to stay

Excellent service from the hotel and the team. The reception team, the ground floor assistance, and the room cleaners were exceptionally professional and helpful; they made my stay worth the while. Also, a nice touch from the call from the reception to check on how I was doing, how my stay was and whether I was in need of anything.
