波塔尼克聖拉扎羅飯店(Hotel Botanico San Lazzaro)

Sono stata in questo albergo con il mio fidanzato, che dire tutto praticamente perfetto dell'accoglienza dello staff, la camera spettacolare con una vista mozzafiato ai servizi tutti eccellenti. Lo staff tutto meraviglioso e disponibile a soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta. Complimenti davvero. Un grazie particolare ad Angela, che ha fatto si con il suo garbo e la sua disponibilità che questi giorni fossero meravigliosi. Ritorneremo sicuramente

Contrary to its impressive 4.5-star rating on TripAdvisor, our stay at this hotel was far from satisfactory. We were met with rooms furnished with ancient, uncomfortable pieces, marred further by an unacceptable level of dirt and filth. A troubling infestation of ants and bugs in our room was alarming, and the sight of rats on the premises was beyond distressing. The lift malfunctioned during our stay, forcing us to laboriously climb eight floors with my injured hip, which was an agonizing experience. Despite voicing our concerns and seeking a cancellation and refund, the staff were unresponsive and unhelpful. The only solace was the mesmerizing view, but the overall experience was deeply disappointing. Truly disheartened.

Tutto eccellente e molto raffinato, camerieri e personale molto gentili vale la pena sicuramente, molto bello il giardino botanico ... complimenti per lo chef pasticcere ottimi dolci belli e raffinatissimi

Un posto incantevole, l’ideale per trascorrere un giorno di relax in piscina o per un aperitivo/cena in compagnia. La vista è sorprendente, la più bella di Maiori. Personale gentile, discreto e attento. Sono stata sia in piscina svariate volte che per aperitivo/dopocena e mi sono trovata sempre benissimo. Se amate i posti ricercati non potete perdervi questo.

Not for anyone who have mobility issues***Just returned from a 4 night stay. It took a while finding the hotel as you wouldn't expect to find the entrance in the back of a car park with no signs especially not for a 5 star. Diego the porter found us looking for the hotel and directed us to the entrance. He gave us a lovely warm welcome and took our car keys and took us up to reception via a vunicula (cable car) then 2 flights of steps. The room was beautiful without outstanding views. The only disappoin**ent was there was no shower curtain so when we showered everything would get soaked. The disappoin**ent of our stay was the vunicula (cable car) broke and we had to face going up 228 very big steps which is not ideal if you are asthmatic like me. The owner was there who saw how distressed I was and ordered me some water. This had ruined my holiday as we didn't expect that from a 5 star hotel and understand things do break. However measures need to be in place for this. The breakfast service was hit and miss, we asked for ketchup and didn't get this until our omelette had finished. I asked for milk for my tea, this didn't arrive and when requested again my tea had gone cold. Definitely not a 5 Star in today's world but more of a 3 Star.

Abbiamo telefonato prima per riservare un tavolo di 6 persone. Nel Momento che ci presentiamo alla reception non si ricordavano di niente. Dopo abbiamo preparato un tavolo che doveva essere già pronto. Cerchiamo il menu e ci portano un qr code e quando abbiamo visto c’erano solo 8 piatti diversi quindi eravamo costretti a ordinare uno di quei piatti e po dopo ci hanno portato il Cibo piu scandaloso che abbiamo mai provato. Lasagna da supermercato spaghetti fatti dal cameriere vino che faceva schifo. Alla fine volevamo vomitare. Servizio scandaloso Non vale niente e lo sconsiglio a tutti.

Terrible experience. Ruined our last part of our holiday around Italy. The Hotel is right up a cliff. We had to move rooms due to having no shower. The room we moved to had no curtains at the windows. Filthy old furniture and no space to hang clothes or unpack anything. My husband had to pile his clothes on the floor in the doorway. The safe didnt work at first and it became embarrassing to keep going down to reception. We were made to feel like we were being difficult. In all the hotels we've stayed in this is by far the worst and how it has 5* I'll never know. The views are stunning but thats it. Breafast was basic and we decided not to risk anything else to eat here. Oh and the gym consists of a treamill that doesn't work. A cross trainer, spin bike and a basic weights bench all outside and worn. We paid for a day pass at a gym down the road.

We are currently staying in the hotel. All staff very polite. Splendid views of the amalfi coast from the terraced balcony. Lovely cactus garden and infinity pool. Has got private beach facility. Novel experience of going to the property through its own funicular and lifts and stairs. Only problem we faced is a family suite with mezzanine had one small attached toilet with no lights in the shower area. So its impossible to differentiate between a shampoo and body wash. Wish there was an overhead light for the room no 305 shower

Siamo stati invitati da un caro amico a fare l’aperitivo nella terrazza di questo hotel di prestigio. Scelta azzeccatissima e siamo stati benissimo . Accesso alla terrazza tramite ascensore panoramico molto suggestivo ti da un punto di vista privilegiato sul golfo di maiori. Aperitivo raffinato con assaggi di vari stuzzichini realizzati con materie prime di eccellenza . Ottimo convivialita’ e personale cordiale e competente. Lieve disagio l’accesso scalinato naturale dopo l’ascensore ma ne vale veramente la pena attraversarlo.
