波塔尼克聖拉扎羅飯店

一個可愛的地方...但服務很糟糕！披薩的選擇有限。一個可怕的瑪格麗塔，代價是一個海鮮燒烤……真令人不安，你們是授權的小偷！荒謬的說法沒有照顧到工作人員，他們非常缺乏經驗，很惱火而且不太友善！

La experiencia fue muy buena en todos los sentidos, es un hotel con buenas instalaciones y que te brinda varios servicios pero sobre todo un trato y servicio excepcional de todo el personal del hotel, especial reconocimiento a las personas que me apoyaron en la llegada y la salida del hotel (Nicolas y Hernán), a todas las chicas de recepción (Clelia) y también un agradecimiento particular para Angelo (Bar) Luca (Restaurante). Cada una de las personas que señaló me hicieron sentir como en casa, por su amabilidad y profesionalismo en las actividades que ejecutan en el hotel…espero pronto poder regresar al Botánico San Lázaro!

Contrary to its impressive 4.5-star rating on TripAdvisor, our stay at this hotel was far from satisfactory. We were met with rooms furnished with ancient, uncomfortable pieces, marred further by an unacceptable level of dirt and filth. A troubling infestation of ants and bugs in our room was alarming, and the sight of rats on the premises was beyond distressing. The lift malfunctioned during our stay, forcing us to laboriously climb eight floors with my injured hip, which was an agonizing experience. Despite voicing our concerns and seeking a cancellation and refund, the staff were unresponsive and unhelpful. The only solace was the mesmerizing view, but the overall experience was deeply disappointing. Truly disheartened.

Tutto eccellente e molto raffinato, camerieri e personale molto gentili vale la pena sicuramente, molto bello il giardino botanico ... complimenti per lo chef pasticcere ottimi dolci belli e raffinatissimi

Not for anyone who have mobility issues***Just returned from a 4 night stay. It took a while finding the hotel as you wouldn't expect to find the entrance in the back of a car park with no signs especially not for a 5 star. Diego the porter found us looking for the hotel and directed us to the entrance. He gave us a lovely warm welcome and took our car keys and took us up to reception via a vunicula (cable car) then 2 flights of steps. The room was beautiful without outstanding views. The only disappointment was there was no shower curtain so when we showered everything would get soaked. The disappointment of our stay was the vunicula (cable car) broke and we had to face going up 228 very big steps which is not ideal if you are asthmatic like me. The owner was there who saw how distressed I was and ordered me some water. This had ruined my holiday as we didn't expect that from a 5 star hotel and understand things do break. However measures need to be in place for this. The breakfast service was hit and miss, we asked for ketchup and didn't get this until our omelette had finished. I asked for milk for my tea, this didn't arrive and when requested again my tea had gone cold. Definitely not a 5 Star in today's world but more of a 3 Star.

Abbiamo telefonato prima per riservare un tavolo di 6 persone. Nel Momento che ci presentiamo alla reception non si ricordavano di niente. Dopo abbiamo preparato un tavolo che doveva essere già pronto. Cerchiamo il menu e ci portano un qr code e quando abbiamo visto c’erano solo 8 piatti diversi quindi eravamo costretti a ordinare uno di quei piatti e po dopo ci hanno portato il Cibo piu scandaloso che abbiamo mai provato. Lasagna da supermercato spaghetti fatti dal cameriere vino che faceva schifo. Alla fine volevamo vomitare. Servizio scandaloso Non vale niente e lo sconsiglio a tutti.
