默林頓主海灘住宿

閱讀了一些評論後，我有點擔心。我讀過一篇評論，提到了一個特定的單位以及它是多麼可怕，但我再也找不到它了。很奇怪！ 不管怎樣，我們到了才發現我們在同一個單位！ 我們懷著忐忑不安的心情打開門，卻得到了驚喜。該單位很寬敞，可以俯瞰海灣的美景。它有我們需要的一切，而且能夠在飛回英國之前完成我們所有的洗滌工作（相當於 4 週的時間），真是太棒了。步行不遠便可抵達電車。當他們為黃金海岸 500 大賽做準備時，我們就在這裡，但即便如此，事情似乎也沒有變得更忙。 它有點過時了，有些家具真的很破舊，但這並沒有影響我們的住宿，而且我不會以最好的裝飾提供出租的房產，因為它會被損壞。 總而言之，物有所值，我們喜歡公寓的生活。我們一直都是飯店人，但這次經驗讓我們重新思考。

We stayed in a lovely and comfortable 2 bedroom apartment in a very well-located part of Main Beach, Gold Coast. Ideal if you don’t want to be right on the beach but prefer a short walk to Tedder Ave shops and restaurants. Would have been a lovely stay except for the inhouse noise of another apartment being renovated. Extreme noise – drilling and hammering – and which they did not tell us about until after we had booked and paid. Extreme noise – to the point where it simply wasn’t possible to either rest or indeed work (online) in the apartment while the construction was going on – just a few floors above us. We had no choice but to leave the apartment and go somewhere else while it was happening. Completely unacceptable that we were somehow not warned about the likely noise prior to us booking. Simply, had we known we would not have stayed there, as convenient as the location might have been. Check. And if they are still renovating – suggest you find somewhere else to stay.
