The room was spacious, the WiFi quality was good, the blanket was thin and mot warm enough (I take the blame for not asking for an extra one)! The TV quality was poor. The room had a no smoking sign but the interior was masked with tobacco smell (unpleasant)! These are minor non conformances thant can be corrected. For that I give them a 3/5 and will give them a chance by using their services and I'll recommend them.

The hotel is new, central/easy to locate with a friendly team of employees. I noted they are advancing technology, I captured my details using an iPad, the bill is sent by email (saving the environment by minimizing printing).

I had a wonderful stay at Cresta Mahalapye. The staff greeted me with genuine warmth and friendliness, making me feel truly welcomed from the moment I arrived. Their attentive and professional service added a special touch to every moment of my visit. The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting—perfect for both rest and reflection. Cresta Mahalapye offers comfort, care, and an experience worth returning to.

I’ve been consistently disappointed with the quality of the bedding during my stays at this hotel. Despite raising this issue in the past, the problem remains—especially in rooms located in the older part of the facility, where worn-out sheets are still being used. It’s incredibly frustrating, as we rely on a comfortable night’s sleep to recharge during our long journeys. Unfortunately, the experience continues to fall short of expectations.

I have nothing much to say. However Accomodation is key and influences your next day's performance therefore needs very serious attention.

The property is clean, staff have a good customer service and the food is well cooked. The rooms are comfortable and up to par.
