Positiv: gute Lage, Pool,sehr nette Personal, guten Frühstück (Buffet wenn mehr Gäste da sind). Negativ: WiFi nur an Rezeption (aber auch mit ständige Unterbrechung).Die Zimmer oft keine heiße Wasser, dauernd etwas kaputt.DieReinigung im Zimmer, wechseln von Handtücher auf Aufforderung.,die Bettwäsche alt und auch auch zerrissen...,.

A not so good experience indeed. Stayed for a night here recently. There were problems with the flow of water from Washbasin as well as from the shower which was certainly not user friendly. The service level at the restaurant was below par. The staff were not courteous (not all of them) and were refusing to serve basic items, even though it was not crowded enough unlike morning breakfast timings. The team leader though was extremely gracious and provided all the items which were refused earlier by his colleagues. Looks like the staff were tired and exhausted. It was certainly not value for money given the tariff of 4 stars. Overall very bad experience don't book this one.

The room need lot of improvement. The door locks need to be upgraded. The AC never worked. The bathroom was built in 1980’s and no hot water. There was only two towels and no shampoo or conditioner. The restaurant had a lot of flies and had a smell. We sat outside because the scenery was better. They never told you cannot go to beach after 6 PM which is a big disappointment.

We have Booked this hotel during 31 December to 02nd January our customers not check in this worst hotel and charges Dinner also after that asking about refund but not receiving call and replying our messages. Don't recommend to anyone to book this hotels under rooms smell and it's not like hotel they are charging huge amount displayed only photo for promotion. We are going to consumer court also attached our customers feedback

Horrible place. Shabby and dirty rooms. Didn’t feel safe. Certainly not for family. Don’t get fooled by all the fake positive reviews. My family after checkin decided to move out immediately. The experience was so bad. You have much better places in that budget in Mahabalipuram.

The location of the resort is great on the ECR, on the beach that connects shore temple. The shore temple is 3 km approx, takes 45 min walk on the sea shore from the hotel to reach shore temple. Popular shacks like Bob Marley's cafe is couple of kms via the beach The checkin experience was good and swift. Rooms are good but not worth the 6k price tag for their basic room (booked 2 * luxury room for 6k per room) which are built like independent row houses, bathrooms are poor. Food is below par to average, tried lunch dinner and breakfast. No live breakfast counter on Sunday Morning The dinning area and swiming pool overlooks the beach. It's a tiny swimming pool. They have a tin shed like a varanda as a sit out overlooking the beach. The sit outs are full of cheap plastic chairs and poor. The dinning area although it overlooks the beach doesnt have a good vibe. There is no proper sitout arrangement to relax on the beach side The checkout on the front desk was smooth. However one of their white shirt senior employees took out my room keys and we had spent good 30 mins looking for our keys ***** with their service staff before checkout :( Overall, average experience. Take this resort if u get a cheap price deal otherwise avoid Rated it 2, coz for the price there is nothing really to feel good about other than beach location of the resort

I was disappointed with the condition of the property. It seemed quite run down. There was no WiFi access in the bedrooms, only the reception. Position next to the sea was excellent.

Property seems to be very old and rooms had smell problem. The garden view rooms are facing each other and you can see group of people partying in front of the room/walkway. Our room was facing the parking area. The area was not maintained very well. You can see pile of garbage near rooms. The area near the entry gate seems to be for garbage and it stinks. The breakfast was okay but other time food service was horrible. The beach is the best part of the stay as you have access to the beach from property. You can only stand near the water and wait for waves to come, but you can enjoy the view. Overall not worth the price. It is a good location but bad service and rooms condition.
