Terrible experience of stay at Bharat Hotel. They did not give the room as promised (room was too small and triple bed was not provided for family room) At the time Room upgrade request, behavior of team was totally unprofessional and demanded very high price for upgrade. Don't ever go for standard room if travelling with family..Its too basic.

Very average rooms if you compare the cost. Even can't provide packaged drinking water in room, they provide water jars instead.

It was very pleasant stay at bharat hotel. Very good room service. Room was very specious and clean. Well maintained and hygiened premises and rooms. Food was also very tasty. Loved the stay. It was very peaceful.

Overall experience is Good.. But there are some problems that hotel have to work on.
When the room is allotted to us l, the bed was wet we asked to change the room they just turn the mattress.. Housekeeping is no that good.

Hotel location and resort amenities were excellent! however, the room was just okay. Overall, a good stay, but room quality could be improved.

One of the best properties in Mahabaleshwar. A room with separate seat out has amazing view of lake. Lunch buffet was out of the world. Simple but so testy. Just loved it. Will definitely consider for rebooking.
