Great place to be with family

We often go on trips for luxury, relaxation and view but these have been totally overshadowed by their service. Starting from staff behaviour to hospitality we have been provided, I can totally say that the hotel was the best part of the trip. I can declare it HOMELY. I would recommend everybody to consider this property when mahabaleshwar shows up at your checklist. Special thanks to Sayel Mondal and his team for making this journey so warm. The Hotel is Very Good. All Staff Members were Exceptional and Professional in their Service. Mr Santosh Housekeeping Manager is Very Good and helpful Housekeeping Staff Sunita was very good.

Its a great hotel with best views and comfortable rooms . They provide great hospitality and food is genuinely great . The hills of mahabhaleshwar are great . Its a genuine rating. This place really fooled us with its online photos. The view from our room was terrible — just tin sheds and mossy buildings, no valley anywhere in sight. The room was average, but it badly needs renovation. The furniture and décor seem stuck in the 90s. The hot water setup was ridiculous — cold water first, then hot water that never mixed. Couldn’t take a proper bath. Location-wise, this resort is in a very congested and dull area. Not relaxing, not peaceful. No proper response from room service, no heater facility, worst extra bed provided with the charge of ₹1400. We checked the buffet (₹750+tax) and were shocked at the limited choices. Ended up ordering à la carte, which was both cheaper and better tasting. Only breakfast was okay. Not great, just okay. Save your money and pick another property. This one’s not worth it.
