Beautiful, cosy semi-detached house "Marte", 2 storeys, semi-detached, surrounded by meadows and fields. 5 km from the centre of Magliano in Toscana, in a secluded, quiet position on top of a hill, 20 km from the sea, in the countryside. For shared use: property 7 ha. Pergola, terrace, garden furniture. Private: garden 500 m2 with lawn. Heating available only from 20.Oct. - 03.May.. Parking on the premises. Grocery 4 km, supermarket 20 km, shopping centre 32 km, restaurant 4 km, bar 4 km, sandy beach "Spiaggia dellOsa" 20 km, thermal baths "Saturnia" 50 km. Walking paths from the house 50 m. Sehr individuell eingerichtet. Die Bilder versprechen nicht zuviel. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, sogar ein Schreibtisch. Das Meer ist von der Terrasse aus zu sehen, nur zwanzig Kilometer entfernt. Ruhige Lage. Sehr angenehme Hausbesitzer. Gute
