Hotel Taj

Que se passe-t-il avec Taj depuis le Covid... on a l'impression que le service n'est plus du tout à la hauteur. La propriété est superbe (comme d'habitude), mais les chambres et le service ne sont vraiment pas à la hauteur. Pas de service synchronisé de la nourriture au dîner (2 convives reçoivent leur plat, le 3ème, 10 minutes plus tard). Pas de sets de table pour manger, l'un a des services et une serviette, l'autre a des services sans serviette... On vous dit qu'on va apporter les choses... mais non! Aller chercher les baggages pour le départ: prévoyez 30 minutes. Ce n'est pas à la hauteur, et ce malgré la gentillesse et la bonne volonté du personnel. Comme disait Hamlet: "Something is rotten in the Kingdom of Denmark'...

Excellant ambience excellant food, surrounding views were excellent ....but the service was very very poor. all the trainees were placed there and some young staffs were unable to communicate as they were very shy. Room service was also poor

we stayed one night in Madurai as next day we have to travel to Rameshwaram. you can order food from swiggy to this Hotel. staff was good and try to helped us in our travel to Rameshwaram.

The hotel is near by madurai periyar bus stand. I was traveled with my family. It was a good stay. Reasonable price. If you are searching for the budget hotel, it is a perfect choice. Hassle free check in and check out.

Hotel room is average. Does not provide basic facilities (blankets, soap, towels. Room has lots of mosquitoes. This is not suitable for night stay. Good for freshen up and getting ready.
