Highly inconvenience caused in every step of stay. Hot water not working. Very tired bath rooms. Pathetic process of check in. No room boy on call. Very poor communication by reception on check in. Regret to choose this to stay.

A very homely feeling upon arrival and was welcomed with warm hands after a tiring flight journey. Room was very well maintained and the interior was aesthetically appealing! The views from the windows and the balcony were awe-inspiring! Breakfast consisted of a widened variety of mouth watering Indian cuisine and English breakfast.Nice to all..

Over all feel of the corridor of the hotel was very sub standard lodge Parking for car is un bearable- shared with Reliance Big bazaar below Towels, pillows, toilet rolls, very dirty And above all - the staff was very un professional and rude Treebo should re consider being tied up with kind of lodge

I had a great stay at this place! The staff were welcoming and made check-in smooth. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfy bed and well-equipped bathroom. The location was perfect—close to local attractions but still quiet for a peaceful night. I also enjoyed the cozy lounge area. Breakfast was good, with plenty of options. Overall, it was a solid experience, and I'd definitely stay here again, SHABASHHHHHHHHHHH

Not a good place to stay with family. High cost with low amenities. Complimentary breakfast with limited menu served in room in plates. Coffee served in paper cupswithout flask. The kettle and the cups were unclean. Worst service and not worth the money we pay.

First of all the positives: 1. Rooms are very clean and very spacious. 2. We stayed in suite room as well as studio. Both were very big. Studio room was easily 300 sft. Suite was around 400 sft. 3. Suite comes with 2 queen beds, 3 seater sofa, 4 chairs and a coffee table 4. Studio has 1 king bed, 2 chairs, and coffee table 5. Properly owner Dr Dinesh has been very cooperative 6. Location is bang on Melur main road. 7. Very clean and hygiene rooms. 8. We stayed for 3 nights. 2 nights in studio and 1 night in suite 9. Fixed menu breakfast was tasty and sufficient 10. Totally worth the price paid. 11. Entertainment TV was awesome. You get too many options including netflix and plenty of English movie channels 12. We didn't have a personal vehicle so can't comment on parking 13. The hotel is in one floor of a commercial complex which houses Reliance supermarket in first 4 floors. Hotel itself is in 5th floor Things that could be improved 1. The lifts were stinking. Please at least clean the elevator surfaces 2. The lift lobby is always crowded with lot of men. This doesn't bode well for families. 3. The side entrance was crowded with garbage bins. Please keep the area clear. That's the first impression point
