東方宮殿公寓(Oriente Palace Apartments)

Nous avons réservé cet hôtel en août dernier et nous en sommes très content, il était proche de tout et l’accueil a été super. On nous a offert une bouteille à notre arrivé. Les chambres étaient propres et fonctionnelles. Le seul défaut serait le bruit à cause de l’isolation qui est parfois dérangeant… Mais sinon je recommande fortement l’hôtel, il est vraiment agréable d’y avoir séjourné.

Just back after a lovely stay at Oriente Palace Apartments. Upon arrival we were greeted by the lovely receptionist, who was so friendly, helpful and spoke very good English. We were then shown up to our apartment, which was even more beautiful than I expected. We stayed in double room (with two single beds) ,which were very comfortable! The view from the room really topped it all off too (stunning view of the palace) The room was lovely & spacious with decent size kitchen & big fridge The apartment was in such a good location and only short walking distance to many attractions,cafes & restaurants etc.. We didn't have any problem with noise at night time, found it very peaceful and quiet. When we were leaving we got a taxi from the apartment to the airport which we booked through another receptionist who was also so friendly and helpful. Would really recommend staying here and hope to come back again sometime.

This is a lovely historical building with comfortable rooms with period decor. We stayed here for 2 nights during the Easter weekend and whilst it was in a convenient location, it was very noisy at night due to being so close to the Easter festivities and the park across the road. I would suggest requesting a room away from the public dumpsters on the street, as the noise is constant. Mikayla at the front desk was extremely welcoming and helpful with directions, tour bookings and information. She even arranged for us to get accommodation in their adjoining accommodation as we required an extra 2 nights before returning to Barcelona. Whilst the room was beautiful, it had some drawbacks, such as the noise, the small bathroom with inconsistent hot water, and as lovely as the timber flooring is, it squeaks. You can see the Palace from your room and there are many historical sites to see within walking distance. The main shopping ***** and plazas are just a short walk and are filled to the brim with cafes, restaurants, bars and other conveniences.

Pasamos una estadía increíble, la amabilidad de la recepcionista hace que inicies tu llegada con la mejor energía, nos dejó hacer el chekin antes y nos mejoró la habitación con balcón, bastante espaciosa con una gran altura donde puedes disfrutar de su techo en madera, el ascensor es estrecho. El único detalle sería que el baño tiene mitad vidrio y lo completan con una cortina, entiendo que no es moderno pero podría mejorar. Muy céntrico frente al palacio real y rodeado de cafés y restaurantes para disfrutar de Madrid

Apartamentos muy céntricos, pero muy tranquilos. Ambiente muy acogedor y personal en recepción muy agradable, con servicio 24 horas. Hicieron de nuestro paso por Madrid una gran experiencia. Volveremos en próximas escapadas, sin duda

Walk to the Teatro Real-opera house for a tour, wander the rooms of the Royal Palace, and dine at a variety of good restaurants within walking distance. Besides the character and exceptional location, your registration desk hosts are an added bonus. Irina, Michela and the gentleman working the night shift are 5 star service. For an English speaking guest, I received excellent assistance and they went out of their way to make the visit fabulous. The staff are the Crown Jewels in this historic accommodation.

Ottima posizione, ottima vista. Da qui si può girare tutta Madrid a piedi. Consigliato anche per lunghi soggiorni. Zona tranquilla e pulita. Assolutamente consigliato, non potevamo alloggiare in un posto migliore di questo! Daniel SOAVE

Appartamento situato in pieno centro, di fronte il palazza reale. Vicino a tutti le attrazione e le vie principali di Madrid. Molto pulito e servizio alla reception disponibilie. Mi hanno chiamato anche il taxi per l'aeroporto. Consiglio perchè è veramente vicino a tutto.

Dormir en un edificio tan cargado de historia, sobre el café de Oriente, y con esas extraordinarias vistas del Palacio Real, no tiene precio. Destacar la tranquilidad, limpieza, climatización y sobre todo el trato recibido en recepción. Todo un lujo haber podido disfrutar de unos días en un lugar tan privilegiado!
