艾科尼克格蘭維亞(Ikonik Gran Via)

An excellent experience in the very city centre.

Hotel fabuloso y muy bien situado. Cuando ves la fachada no te esperas encontrar ese hotel. La habitación muy bien con vistas a Gran Vía en dos ventanales centrales y dos laterales. El personal muy atento. El hotel limpio. Tienen en recepción fruta, cruasanes, agua y leche para un tentempié. El desayuno muy variado con vistas a la Gran Vía también. Muy céntrico. No hace falta coche para nada excepto para ir a la estación. Sin duda repetiremos

We had a lovely short stay at Ikonik Gran Via hotel. They have super comfy beds & pillows, heating/air conditioning works really well, cleanliness was top notch and the rooms are recently renovated. Location is perfect, in general great value for money. Maybe something which can be improved is that the windows in the toilet are not well made, so it is very cold in there during winter (unless you keep the doors open)

`Realmente es un Hotel acogedor y familiar donde te sientes muy cómodo y el detalle de tener a nuestra disposición en la entrada café, té e incluso fruta y croisants es un auténtico lujo que hay que agradecer cuando en ningún sitio tienen ese tipo de detalles. También el personal es de 10 con matrícula. Para cualquier cosa que necesites están a tu disposición y te solventan cualquier cosa en el menor tiempo posible, además de ser unas personas encantadoras. Me considero una persona exigente y estos halagos no los hago gratuitamente. De hecho, no me gusta dar mi opinión en estos foros porque soy más de decir las cosas cara a cara, estén bien o mal hechas, pero esta vez he tenido que hacer una excepción para recomendar este hotel a todo el mundo. Por cierto, desayunar en la cafetería viendo la Gran Vía es una maravilla. Los productos que he podido degustar son muy buenos y variados. No puedo decir más. Solo agradecer esta tan buena experiencia.

Unfortunately we didn’t make it to the hotel, so this is a review of the customer services. We were due to stay here at the end of November, but on the day we were due to travel, my son was rushed into hospital for an emergency operation. This meant we had to cancel our stay. Our airline were willing to allow us to rebook our flights at a later date but when I contacted the hotel with evidence of our hospital stay they stated that we would have to pay the full amount as we had given less than 48 hours notice. To add insult to injury, they have now put the payment through twice in error leaving me almost £800 out of pocket. They have said they will refund the duplicate charge but I am waiting for this and hoping I can claim the rest back on insurance.

Hotel bien situado, a escasos metros de Callao o plaza de España. La puerta de entrada no está muy bien señalizada, y se accede a una recepción pequeña. La habitación correcta, aunque sin ser merecedora de 4 estrellas, como todo el hotel en general. La cama cómoda, y el cuarto de baño correcto, aunque con la nueva "tradición" de reducir los amenities a botellas de gel y champú adosadas a la pared, que justifican en la mayoría de hoteles con la excusa de moda de la sostenibilidad, con la que lo "justifican" todo, incluso lo de dar menos servicio a un previo igual o superior.. Todo muy limpio, y personal muy amable y profesional Precio excesivo, aunque el habitual en el centro de Madrid

Hotel con arredamento moderno , pulito e molto ben ubicato , fermata di autobus e metro di fronte, puerta del sol raggiungibile a piedi, ubicato sulla gran via ; personale gentile e disponibile. Colazione inclusa

We had a fabulous few days in this hotel. I had booked it as a surprise for my husband's birthday and the room was very kindly decorated for the occasion, he even got some special birthday brownies!! The hotel is ideally located within walking distance of all the major attractions. We did not need any taxis during our stay, we did lots of walking and sightseeing and of course enjoyed plenty of tapas and drinks in nearby restaurants. Breakfast was lovely and we enjoyed views of Gran Via in the breakfast room. The hotel was very clean and the room was nice and quiet. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend Ikonik Gran Via if looking for a centrally located hotel in Madrid.

Excelente opción para qued**** en el corazón de Madrid. El personal fue muy amable (saludos a María que atendió todas nuestras dudas). Mi esposa y yo volveríamos sin duda. La ubicación está increíble y la habitación está muy bonita y cómoda.
