La relación calidad precio puede estar bien, pero acceder es muy difícil, si no sabes cómo hacerlo no tienes a nadie que te ayude, solo por teléfono o wsap. Por la noche me dio la impresión de que las habitaciones se utilizaban con otros fines que el de la estancia, y el ruido y trasiego de puertas y gente que entraba y salía no me dejaron dormir. A mon gout, il manque un mini refrigerateur, une bouilloire, des cintres ( 3 seulement dans le logement). Tres propre, parfaitement situé, tres calme.

Cama nada cómoda , mala atención y mala limpieza

When we first arrived and turned on the bathroom taps on the sink, the plumbing was so backed up that water started to flow out of the shower drain into the bathroom floor. Slime and other debris from previous guests washed back up and filled the shower floor and made the room smell disgusting. With staff on site, we could only communicate through Whatsapp and the response times were disappointing. Once I got ahold of them they informed me that they could/would not move us to another room and that they would send maintenance to look at the problem. They did not end up sending someone to fix the issue and we had to wait for cleaning staff to arrive the following afternoon (which wasted half of our travel day in Madrid). Cleaning staff were not even aware of the issue when they arrived and I had to get them to come and look in the room. If I had left without waiting they would have not entered the room to realize there was an issue. Unfortunately we were only in Madrid for 2 days and dealing with this issue ruined most of our time there. Would not recommend staying here.

Bad customer service at the phone. They don’t bother to answer the calls and the cleaning it was not that good, there was hair in the shower.

Great location, awful housekeeping.
