Clean and cozy hotel. Front desk staff are friendly and greet guest, but other staff like domestics don’t. They allowed us 1hour early check-in which is really appreciated coming from a stressful flight. Location is great as it is 2-3mins walk to Sol (city centre) lots of restaurants and shops around. Breakfast buffet selections are little bit lacklustre. We enjoyed the jamon (spanish ham) but apart from that wasn’t special. Could have put the juice/coffee machine out for buffet instead of ordering every-time from the staff. We asked the staff if it was possible to extend our stay and get a discount but unfortunately, the price went up than to go down. We would like to use this hotel again in the future if the price is not as expensive as they offered us for our extended stay.

Uitstekend gelegen, goede uitvalsbasis om Madrid te verkennen. Charmant hotel, goede service. Wij hadden helaas een lekkage op onze kamer. Dit werd super opgelost door de receptie, we kregen een ruimere kamer in de plaats. Ontbijt is een verbeterpunt, 2 plakjes spek in een warmhouder is karig, net zoals de enkele schijfjes meloen. Ontbijtbuffet aanvullen met een frisse gemengde fruitsla zou al een verbetering zijn, net zoals het frequenter aanvullen van broodjes, beleg ( kaas,ham).

Estuvimos hace dos años y la experiencia fue buena. Queremos volver a reservar y nos resulta imposible. No nos cogen el teléfono, nos dejan con su música indefinidamente. Me parece una mala carta de presentación, la verdad. Eso que pretendemos contactarles directamente.

Buena ubicación, buen servicio, el buffet muy pobre y se veía que los alimentos eran viejos, nada fresco, el pan duro no se podía ni comer. La fruta y verduras mal cortadas y mal presentadas. Deberían mejorar en ese aspecto en darle un mejor aspecto y alimentos más frescos.

Great location in Madrid Centre and walking distance to attractions. The staff very friendly and helpful too. Breakfast basic but good enough. Room was fine, not in it much. Bed and shower good too. Only wee snag I would say is there is no mirror in bedroom only bathroom so it was a bit of a pain as when my sister was showering or doing hair and makeup I had to wait till she was done so I could access mirror. Just a minor blip but great place all in all.

We came for 5 nights and the room was nice and clean and comfortable, there was a slight noise in the distance that sounded like a cell phone alarm very faintly going off every 5 minutes during the night. once aslleep didnt hear it but it was always on. also if they had a kettle in the room that would hae been better as the Nespresso machine did not make tea very well , staff was excellent and breakfast was very good. location was excellent as well. thanks would come stay there again.

The employers were kind and enthusiastic! They greeted us whenever we entered or left. The hotel was perfectly situated! Everything is at a walking distance! I loved the breakfast, the room was perfectly neat! It was perfect for our city trip!
