Absolutely fantastic! The hotel is gorgeous with elegantly decorated salons and the rooms comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast every morning for five days and the service was professional and nothing but exceptional. The concierge and front desk were welcoming and so attentive that set the tone for a lovely long stay. They surprised us with a Roscon one evening for “Reyes” and it was absolutely delicious and made us feel included in the local celebrations. Without a doubt, we would love to come back to the Santo Mauro hotel in our next visit to Madrid.

Ein beeindruckendes Ensemble mitten in Madrid. Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal beim Empfang. Weniger freundliches Personal in der Bar. Diese und das Restaurant ist regelmäßig voll von auswärtigen Gästen. Kein reservierter Bereich für Hausgäste. Zu den exklusiven Übernachtungspreisen passt auch nicht das kleinliche Abrechnen der Minibar und des Frühstücks (wenn man denn einen Platz findet). Empfehlung: Besuch in der Bar oder Restaurant, aber nicht übernachten.
