We take your comments regarding the cleanliness of the hotel and room very seriously, as this is an essential part of the experience we aim to provide, and we will share your feedback with our housekeeping team.Regarding the room and its facilities, our hotel is an airport hotel, designed primarily for guests travelling through Madrid and looking for a convenient and functional place to stay. As such, our rooms are more compact and have a simple, practical design. We understand, however, that the lack of a desk, safe and more extensive storage facilities may not have suited your needs, particularly when travelling for business.With regard to the airport, although the hotel is not within walking distance of the terminals, we are very well connected to Madrid-Barajas Airport. The journey by taxi or Uber is short and, as you mentioned, can be quite reasonably priced depending on the time of day. We have not operated a hotel shuttle service for the past six and a half years.We are also sorry that you felt the value for money was not satisfactory and that our facilities did not compare favourably with other ibis hotels you have experienced in Europe. Each ibis property has its own characteristics depending on its location, building and facilities, but we fully understand that your expectations were not met on this occasion.Thank you again for your honest feedback.
