馬德雷馬尼亞廣場飯店

Por San Juan siempre elegimos quedarnos en la Plaça de Madremanya ya que venimos con nuestra mascota para alejarla de los ruidos y el estrés de los petardos y la verdad que estamos encantados. Hemos estado en las habitaciones l’Olivera y el Xiprer y son un remanso de paz. Cada habitación tiene vistas a la naturaleza y lo único que apetece es relajarse y descansar. El desayuno es muy completo y rico y hasta la piscina da sensación de paz. El trato siempre es atento por parte de todo el personal. Estamos deseando volver!

Masia catalana agradable situada en un petit pueblo de l Empordà. Habitación correcta y terraza muy agradable y disfrutable. Atención con las calles de acceso, muy estrechas. Desayuno correcto así como el trato del personal. Un buen punto para excursiones en l Empordà

An absolutely beautiful hotel with the right blend of old and new. Set in a fantastic position in the old village of Madremanya overlooking the mountains . Each room is individually designed by the owners. We were in Olive which was huge with a double daybed and fantastic terrace looking out over the garden and view. Quirky glass bathroom which didn't give a lot of privacy and had a wooden surround bath with just a hand held shower with no curtain. The whole place is full of quiet nooks and crannies and has the feeling of staying in a family home. Indeed Jaume the owner was always around and very welcoming as were all the staff. Dinner was very good local Spanish fare with huge portions and wine included - very welcome as we were on a walking holiday. Breakfast was a cold spread of fruit, ham and cheese. We were given eggs on the first day but not the second for some reason. Pretty, cool garden with spring fed pool and vegetable area. Couldn't fault it and sorry we were only there for 2 nights but will recommend it to friends.
