It's nice

What a disappointment. The refrigerator in the room was making a horrid, loud noise. I had to move furniture and unplug it. The heater cover fell off when I opted the control panel to turn it down. It ran constantly. The bathroom door was very damaged. The tub had a ton of hard water build up on the dpout. I wound up leaving and not spending the night. It was my birthday and was supposed to be a treat to myself. When I left, I was told I would have to trust they would check me out in the morning as she wasn't allowed to do it at night. Worst stay ever! Also, the elevator reeked of smoke.

I stayed for a week and despite requests to have my bedding and towels changed, only the towels were changed once. The remote to the tv and refrigerator did not work and they had no desire to fix them. There was a very strange man in the pool and hot tub every night trying to communicate with minor age females who appeared on one occasion to be masturbating in the hot tub while staring at the minors. This was also reported and no one cared except the children’s mother… I also asked for the discounted rate that started the night I checked in, but that was also not honored.

Was a nice hotel inside but parking was a bit odd. Tried to pull up by the front door to drop off our bags and there were cars parked there for a long time. There were cars in the parking lot with cranked up bass thumping late into the night. We cranked up the fan but could still hear it. Not sure if I would consider this hotel again.

The room needs updating, the night front desk employees need to be attentive and professional. The pillows need to be replaced.

We could feel every spring in the mattress. Rooms are very dated and dark. Bathrooms could use some much needed updating.

This was the perfect location for visiting my parents at a nearby retirement community (1 mile). I cannot believe the value (price relative to services/comfort) for this hotel. The breakfast is amazing, the rooms are comfortable, the pool and hot tub are wonderful, the staff is helpful and kind, and it is generally quiet.
