麥迪遜莫納露台麥迪遜希爾頓(Hilton Madison Monona Terrace)

Jacuzzi was broken and that was a bummer. Also had dinner at The Audrey was severely unimpressed. The rest of the property was wonderful. Great room. Clean. Helpful staff.

Location is nice. Check in was delayed; no TV for entire evening (“Sorry, our Dish is out and it’s out of our control.”); sounded like masses of water were coursing through our room’s walls continuously from the moment we arrived with no abatement.

Other than a really good location, this hotel deserves no more than a 3 1/2 star rating. Housekeeping does not make up a room for several days unless you contact the front desk to request towels and room cleaning. They have a self service coffee bar in the lobby but charge $4.00 a cup and also charge for wifi. The hotel is older and the rooms are small and could use a makeover.The airconditioners are very loud. On the plus side the employees were very nice and tried their best.

Service & comfort not up to par for the price. Restaurant did not have capacity to serve hotel guests. There were a few things liked. It was nice that there were EV chargers in the garage. The view was beautiful!

Travelled with family and stayed for 2 nights, it was disappointing as we expect more because it was Hilton hotel. The toilet bowl has stains, the toilet holder is broken and no one came to fix it even if we called them. TV signal issues came up, good thing somebody came to fix it, the coffee maker have a missing part and they brought one but it was so dirty I have to wash and sanitize it. There is no microwave in the room which is so inconvenient as I have to warm my toddler’s milk. The price we paid was not worth it.

You are right downtown. You can walk to everything. Great restaurants. Great shops

Very lovely hotel. The beds were very comfortable and our room was nice and clean. The hotel staff were always there to answer any questions and were very friendly.

My niece and I stayed here for a weekend. The location is beautiful. We had nothing but excellent service from every staff person we met. We did have a maintenance issue in our room but staff took care of it promptly. The restaurant was great. We walked to the Farmer's Market and to shopping on State Street. We went to an event at the convention center next door and the skywalk to that from the hotel was very convenient!

I loved staying at this place and the view it had was amazing!
