Very pleasant and helpful individuals working at facility. Probably just me but bed just didn't feel that comfortable. Breakfast that was provided was fair at best.

Outdated, bad odors, dirty toilet, shower didn’t drain, ac unit was broken, tv was barely hanging on the wall, carpet was dirty.

The staff were very friendly but the hotel itself wasn't the greatest. We seen several roaches and the latch on our door was broken and we didn't feel safe at night. Overall, if the staff wasn't as friendly and helpful as they were, the stay would've been horrible.

It’s an older hotel so don’t expect it not to show its age (chipped plaster). It was budget friendly, and the manager was courteous and kind. The shower had the wide rounded curtain, great pressure and temperature adjustment. The room was charming and comfortable.

Super 8 in Madison, IN is the worst hotel ever. They expect you to take your own trash out before you leave, they will keep your deposit if you don't. I do not recommend this hotel
