Services were not at par with rates charged. Unclean bathroom, noisy fan, no suitable tv channels. Using good photos of interior to trick customers to stay. Customer service is terrible. Initially while booking we are offered choice to pay on arrival. But before a day they start sending automated message asking to pay token amount to confirm the room. It was impossible to speak to a customer representative. Now I know why...it was a bait..health faucet in the bathroom was so dirty..

A really good place to visit and stay. The food is awesome, with ***y varieties, good hospitality, and a pretty neat place. in the heart of the city, close to ***y tourist places nearby and the Madikeri fort exact opposite.

Awesome n rooms are superb with good helpdesk service. Hotel is in proper location with good parking facility. Food is superb tasty as we tried north Indian food. Overall excellent place to stay and value for money..

We stayed at Madikeri as a stopover and stayed at Treebo Fort Mercara. The check in staff was veey helpful and gave us a complimentary upgrad in room. Rooms are very comfortable and spacious. Food was good quality and attentive staff. For the price it was a very reasonable stay. Overall a recommended place to stay if you're nit looking for frills / resort experience.

Rooms are spacious and clean. Hotel pesoneels were very courteous. They have briefed about the famouus tourist spots and suggested to make plan as per lenght of stay in hotel. On the request, arranged taxi/jeeps for various sight-seeing trips at a reasonable price as compared to prevailing market rate in view of peak season. All hotel personnel wee nice especially Mr. ***oj who was available round the clock to make stay pleasant and memorable. Restaurant is also available in the hotel which is quite popular in the locality and staffs of restaurants were equally courteous

Not a pleasant stay. Not worth the money paid. Please improve the hospitality. Staff are not very attentive. Bathroom cleanliness must be improved. Noisy environment(construction noise). Complimentary Breakfast is extremely poor.

My stay at the hotel on 25th is over all good.Expected more cleanliness in bathroom & bed linen.Restaurant serves excellent food.Complementary breakfast is also very good,need more options to choose.Hotel is in prime location.But entrance to reception is through stairs & on 2nd floor. Enjoyed my short stay.

Hotel location is very good. It is surronded by all needs. There are delays in Hotel / room services but Staff is polite & helpful. They provide ac & non ac rooms so please book as per your needs. Hotel is on second floor & there is no LIFT. Please note, if you are looking for Hotel with Lift facility, try another options.
