Take some back roads to this cozy cottage in the woods. Deer will be in the yard with other wild life to give that mountain experience.
* Newly Installed HOT TUB!
*High speed internet [200mbps]
*Grocery stores, restaurants, bars, and cute shops are only 10-min drive.
*Yosemite entrance is 30 min & Bass Lake is 15-min drive.
Wonderful 2bedroom 1 bath 740 sq. ft. home on a 0.4 acre lot.
One of the rooms will not be allowed to be used after selection of the options that are in the pictures.
Option 1: One Cal King Bed.
Option 2: One King Bed without the TV.
This will comfortably sleep 2.
This home is located in a wonderful residential mountain community. It is extremely peaceful and quiet in the mountains and it is easy to hear the nature outdoors.
It is important to note that due to it being so quiet, noise is taken very seriously and there are external cameras on the property.
We are experienced hosts and make sure to include all the necessary items for cooking, cleaning, and living. If something is missing or not to your standards please reach out and we will be sure to make things right.
Internet here is with Vyve and gives us great speeds up to 200mbps. As an engineer that needs a good workspace, I made sure I was able to be comfortable and work efficiently while here.
Traveling during the winter has risks due to potential snow storms. Always check the weather before traveling. During the winter months make sure to have chains available.
During the summer there is extreme fire danger. There is absolutely NO tolerance for smoking and outdoor fires during the summer months. The county will HEAVILY fine you for creating any campfires plus it will be documented via cameras and/or neighbors.
Guests have full access to the home - our home is comfortable and we hope you enjoy your stay!
This property is accessed using an easement that passes by a front property. You can see the backyard of the front property from the back windows of our house and from the entrance. The windows are equipped with blackout blinds to create full privacy for you. There should not be any disturbances during your stay as these properties are standard distances for neighbors. Please let us know if you experience any issues.
There are two parking spots behind the home.
Trash comes on Tuesday.
If anything is missed and you suspect it isn't fulfilling expectations, please reach out to us. We will attempt to bring it to you within your stay.
Do not block the neighbor's driveway.
SAME DAY BOOKINGS:
Please note that check-in is any time after 7 pm (For checking in on the same day you booked, our handymen, pest control, other utility service workers, and cleaners may be working on the property and need enough time to prepare the property), if the property is ready before 7 pm, we would let you know.
By booking through this platform with us, you agree to allow a third party insurance agency to verify your identity and conduct a routine criminal background check to confirm the reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest verification can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions.
We have a 24/7 contact team during your stay that can be reached via VRBO app/text/call.
We would be grateful if you are treating our home like yours! Here are our steps that we’d do for your home and if you think anything is unreasonable please let us know as we collect and review this feedback with intentional thought!
• The check-out time is by 11:00 AM unless late check-out has been requested and agreed.
• Please load all dishes and start the dishwasher (if one is available)and hand-wash any excess dishes.
• Please throw away all trash and remove unused food from the fridge.
◦ If you have extra time, please put all trash in the garbage bins outside.
• Please turn the thermostat AC up to 89 and Heat down to 55 (especially in summer and winter months)
• Put the house manual, house key (if used), and garage key/remote (if applicable) back in the location where it was found.
• Lock all entry/exit doors.
• Please message us once you have left the property.
