It’s not a big deal, but it’s a little disingenuous. After we checked out, they tried to charge us another $75 for parking. They claimed it was on the website, invoice, and parking pass that it was $10 a day. We could not find it anywhere, and we saved the parking pass. It was not on it. If you want to charge it as part of the room charge fine. But don’t bill me after I checked out and try to gouge me.

Falsely show a sandy beach and say "ocean view" then charge $10 a day to park without telling that ahead of time. It's so misleading and I will never stay here again

I was very dissatisfied with my stay since I had booked a room for 4 adults, supposedly 1 bed and sofa bed, the sofa bed was a twin size, very uncomfortable mattress and I had my son and wife sleep in a twin size bed super uncomfortable the first night that I was promised a rollaway bed that was never given to us until the next day, they only gave us 2 very thin blankets so one of us 4 adults could sleep on the floor when I had paid almost $250 a night. The next day the rollaway bed was given to us and it was smelly, like if it had been in a very humid storage room.

upon arriving the sweet ants were all over the coffee pot ..they staff cleaned and then when going to bed they the ants were all over the phone and table .. then in the bathroom the aunts were on the floor room 330. I did not sleep well knowing ants were in the room .
