"We had booked for the second year in a row at this facility, paying a €150 cash. Following the weather that hit the country at the end of June, and after the same Mayor of Macugnaga had invited, on the days when our arrival was scheduled, to not reach the municipality unless indeed, We called to communicate that we were unwillingly renouncing the booking. I remember two things. first: staying would have been a person of almost 70 years (my mother) and my daughter of 8 years old. I think that the concern is understandable given the bad weather. Secondly, we never asked for the money back from the capra but only asked for it to be good or for August (but the structure had no place) or as an alternative for next year. Well, the owners responded badly, saying they didn't keep us good, and denying that there was no problem. It is a pity that Macugnaga has been visiting it for more than 30 years, and it is clear that some tourists are more a shock than others."
