The hotel is in good condition and the pictures on the booking are pretty upto date. I like the trundle style couch bed vs a pull out. It's much more comfortable. The room ac have been updated to an actual wall thermostat (it did take us awhile to realize that the ac was broke. A sticker on the unit would be helpful). Pool and hot tub were nice. Room was pretty clean, not perfect. I do wish the rooms that sleep 6 were a little bigger. If it was just 2- 4 they are ok but it was pretty cramped with 5 so 6 would be hard. Breakfast was a hit with the kids too.

from the start, our stay was awful. no transportation available. hotel made a point of making myself and wife feel stupid. all we asked for was a taxi. i guess uber is the only way. called 3 taxis and 1 uber and noone was available. for good reason, probably didnt like dealing with the folks. breakfast was horrible. i could go on but it is pointless.

This hotel wasn't the worst we've stayed in but definitely was by far not the best. Our family of three stayed here to surprise my husband for a late Father's Day hiking trip. We hiked in the Cuyahoga National Forest and loved it! FYI this hotel was about a 20 minutes drive from Brandywine Falls hike and Ledges hike. Not bad at all. The positive - the room was a suite in that the bedroom and living room were separated by a wall that didn't go the entire length of the room so it wasn't a true suite. That being said, it was nice not to be crowded since the living room area was roomy. The couch in the living room area was huge and our 16-year old son didn't even had to open the sofa bed, he had plenty of room to sleep on the couch. The room had a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and wet bar area. The room was clean and we enjoyed the extra space. The front desk staff was friendly. We enjoyed the pool area and found the jacuzzi to be perfectly heated! The con's to this hotel were the breakfast which was lacking in many ways. There appeared to only be one person handling the breakfast and it wasn't well stocked and the hot food was luke warm at best. The tables were messy, the bread and pastry items were not refilled so the pickings were slim. The hot food items (scrambled eggs, sausage, pancakes) were not refilled and people had to wait around. The oatmeal bar was very good. The entire breakfast area was not cleaned and was just a total disappointment.

When my husband and I checked in we always pull the bedding down to check the cleanliness of the bed. Due to me working as an executive housekeeper for a Marriott property for 6 years. To our surprise it was a visible urine stain at the bottom of the bed. I called front desk within 3mins within entering the room explained the situation. Front desk said she would have someone bring us clean sheets and look at our bed and change it. Someone arrive with sheets for me to change the bed and did not even come in to look at the dried up urine. I wasn’t moved to a new room I wasn’t compensated anything! It was gross and Spring Hill needs to do a lot better. Room 218 and 316 our guest stayed in and that bed had hair in it wasn’t changed at all before it was checked into by a guest new guest. It’s crazy to pay for such gross service and it’s no excuse. You need to really train housekeeping and your executive housekeeper as well! This was beyond unacceptable.

We had a very difficult to pull out bed without any sheets or pillows. The sheets we got from the front desk didn't fit and the blanket was thin and scratchy. The blankets on the king size bed were also very thin. We had a difficult time getting the TV to work. The pool was very small. The breakfast was good and the woman at the front tried to be helpful. There were also hairs in the bathtub. We rinsed it before using.

Very comfortable hotel. Nice whirlpool. Loved the kiosk with beer and wine. The bed was so comfortable I had a hard time getting up in the mornings.
