奧斯特爾-六旗溫德姆速8飯店(Super 8 by Wyndham Austell/Six Flags)

We arrived to Hotel, and the front desk was not the most pleasant, we had to pay 100 dollar deposit, the hotel, was clean but needs a lot of updating, we had 2 pillows for each bed that were flat, and we had to go out and buy pillows, we were left 1 washcloth for 4 guest per night. We were not given any direction as to where ice machine was, no map as to where anything was, so we didn’t get ice for our stay period, we chose not to go for breakfast so we are not sure what that consist of, second night bedsheets had burn places in them, like someone had been smoking and dropped the cigarette. This will be our last and only stay at this Super 8, for sure. So disappointed in this Super 8?

The check in process was so easy and hassle free and the room was bigger than expected.

They had scaly bad attitude

El hotel está completamente descuidado. Huele a humedad. Al llegar encontramos el baño sucio, tenía pelos pegados en las paredes de la ducha. El lavamanos estaba sucio. Encima de la cama habían cucarachas pequeñas. La bañera estaba rota, despegada de la pared y le salía mal olor. La piscina estaba sucia, como si el filtro no funcionara. Los jugos del desayuno llevaban días en las máquinas (sin cambiarlos) Estaban fermentados. Es un asco de hotel.

Muy sucio no lo recomiendo viejo todo y oxidado

We stayed 5 nights and no attempts were made to clean the room or supply toiletries. We had to physically go to the reception and the receptionist casually placed the towels and toilet roll on my chest. The description says breakfast included but there was only coffee and waffle. The room has funny odour. It was just an Ok experience.

The room was terrible. Nothing was clean, used sheets, no pillows for one of the beds, worst hotel experience i have ever had.

The property was not as clean as hoped .. not dirty it will due in a pinch.. need a upgrade/ remodel... Sheet did not fit the bed came off the bed and had to remake the bed all night.. the blankets were cheap material.. Morning staff was dry they got my needs but no hospitality....

The one good thing I can say is the staff was very courteous and professional but not very helpful with Wi-Fi issues. The hot water pressure was very low and made it hard to take a comfortable shower. The pictures on the website were a bit deceiving much nicer and newer. Not much of a continental breakfast but they do make an effort. But like I said everyone was very courteous and professional.
