We planned on having our Valentine's Day celebration in Lubi Plantation since December last year, and it has been the greatest celebration we've had in years! Everything about this resort is just excellent. The way we were welcomed by the boat captain and butlers, we felt like VIPs! The beachfront dinner setup was so romantic and the food was so good. Even though the resort was on high demand on the day we checked in, we still felt the exclusivity and serenity of the island. The resort butlers were on time when we needed their golf carts, no long waiting for our food to be served, and all employees were so courteous! A huge thanks to Sharon for the amazing service! We will definitely revisit the island this year! This time, with our family. Thank you Dusit Thani Lubi Plantation Resort!

It was my first time here with my family. The resort is beautiful with lovely and welcoming staff. The level of service is highly satisfactory. The room and resort’s facilities were of good standard. However, I find the resort without wow factor. My best experience was the night swimming in the HEATED swimming pool! I would still recommend this resort to everyone wanting a peace and quite holiday!

I always go to this resort once a month and it is excellent. The beach and the resort itself is beautiful. The amenities and the staff are very friendly. The room is very clean and nice. The bed and the pillows are soft. This is really a five star resort. And I have to say that the food has tremendously improved since they hired Chef Weng. We always like to visit here for our rest and recreation.

The staff make the experience. They ooze hospitality with every interaction. A good place where we can unwind. Worth it!!! I can say the best Resort in Mindanao. As for the food it is affordable and delicious. They have the best talent in fire dancing, a very nice show.

Sharing my stay on June 16-17, I'd like to begin with a positive experience until my departure, which involved a land transfer to Davao City. Long story short, I missed my flight due to unforeseen force majeure circumstances - heavy traffic and flooding. Stranded with colleagues from the Finance Department of Dusit, a contractor, and the driver, we were stuck for over three hours. Given the situation, the suggestion to return to Dusit Thani was made for my convenience, considering the long day and missed flight. The driver, however, expressed hesitancy due to personal errands and safety concerns in the dark, heavy rain. Opting for an unfamiliar detour, we finally arrived back at 9 pm, exhausted and hungry. In the realm of customer service, as an employee, personal errands shouldn't take precedence over providing excellent service to guests. Upon our return, Ms. Evelyn from the Finance Department sincerely apologized and assisted me in boarding the boat. Special thanks to RM Mr. Lazaro for orchestrating the seamless preparation of my room and boat transfer. Gratitude also extends to associates Ms. Norsh Basister and Ms. Mila for extending their duty hours, ensuring an even more satisfactory stay. Kudos to all, and I'll definitely return!

My family and I went to Lubi for the second time this year and as expected, it was a lovely and relaxing stay. We had connecting rooms in their new Villa 22 — great bed, spacious, quiet, and clean! The karaoke, indoor games, tennis and basketball court, as well as mini golf were some of the activities we did which made our stay so much fun. People should be staying here more than two nights to maximize all the amenities resort could offer. Shoutout to Sir Greg (villa 22 incharge) who accomodated all our requests! Thank you also to Sir Vincent from the restaurant for being so kind, accomodating, and smiley during our dinner despite all the busyness in the rastuarant.
