簡直是在花園裡的酒店，環境非常安靜，優雅，乾淨，非常推薦給女性旅客。酒店裡的傢具類也很時尚，摩洛哥風和歐風混起來的印象。庭院地上每天都能看到從書上掉下的花，簡直是繪畫一樣很美麗。工作人員送我花。淋浴室雖然比較小但是有吹風機，大小浴巾，洗髮液，沐浴露等都有，很方便。早餐也很好吃。用餐環境也很優雅。非常浪漫的酒店，我很滿意也很喜歡，下次如有去卡薩布蘭卡的機會我一定會選擇。

訂了兩間房，主要用於第二天早晨6點接機，離機場比較近，早晨過去20分鐘不到，白天要30分鐘。價格還可以，不算高。前台姑娘服務很好，很有耐心。遇到兩件事，第一，預定時信用卡已付費，但是到了前台要求支付現金或刷卡，說沒有預付費。經與攜程協商半小時內處理了，答覆還是蠻快的，國際長途直接打過來溝通，處理的比較妥當。第二，房間的牀單被罩應該是沒換過，被子一掀開，牀單上還有毛髮，出於對ibis品牌的信任，入住了。但是半小時后皮膚瘙癢，無法忍受。與前台提出更換牀單被罩，前台稱打掃過的，但是還是給解決了，清潔員已下班也許，直接更換了房間。問題解決了。樓下的餐廳也嘗試了，總體還好，沙拉不錯，自選，其他一般。

我預訂了這個,以爲離機場比較近,但仍然需要支付30歐元才能乘坐出租車到機場。此外,由於我僅停留一晚才能乘坐航班返回,我想要一家有hamman/spa的酒店。我看到他們的spa地方看起來不錯。但是,它只在上午10點左右打開,而且已經滿了。我還要趕飛機,希望溫泉可以早一點開始,或者晚一點結束。酒店經理很友好地幫助我整理,我得到了我的火腿和按摩。溫泉酒店的女士不太友善,但我可以說她嘗試了...絕對不值得我花那麼多錢,當我向她要求更強的按摩時,她說我需要多付點錢!第一次按摩師告訴我這個。而且這是一個體面的酒店,大房間。我想對商務旅行者來說更合適。

Bonjour, j’ai séjourné avec mon mari et mes deux jeunes enfants. Je recommande cet hôtel , mini ketchenette, frigo, four, lave-vaisselle, petit salon avec télé, il y avait une télé aussi en face du lit de notre chambre. Balcon avec une table et deux chaises. Chambre très propre, literie de la chambre très confortable, le divan lit, par contre n’est pas confortable, mais les enfants ne s’en rende pas compte. Deux petites bouteilles d’eau, ainsi café et thé sont offert. Il manquait des serviettes dans la chambre, nous en avons redemandé et la femme de chambre. Pour le petit déjeuner , je vous conseil d’y aller tôt avant 9:30, après il reste moins de choix . Je ne le savais pas mais vous pouviez demander des œufs brouillés, tournées etc ainsi que du thé. Le stationnement est gratuit mais limité à quelques places ( 4,5 places environ). J’ai reçu un très bon accueil, à la réception.

I've not been having the best luck with hotels in Morocco - my recent experience at Atlas Orient in Oujda brought to mind one of the great questions, who (was rating that wretched place highly in the 21st century)? My experience at Ibis Abdelmoumen brings to mind another, HOW THO? Like how is this one of the best rated hotels in Casablanca and what does this say for the competition? Let's start with getting in. I 'checked in' online and the email I received boldly stated that my cards would be waiting for me at 12pm. Yo Ibis, maybe be a bit more modest in your aims yeah? 20 plus minutes later after an exhausting journey me and my new closest friend in Morocco (judged by time spent together), the front desk clerk are still finishing off some kind of process (I was just standing there). Needless to say, having stayed at hotels around the world this was longer than all other check Ind by an order of magnitude. Not only this, but my new closest friend tried to charge me the whole price of the stay despite me already paying a deposit - et tu, front desk guy?? (Luckily I wasn't so jetlagged to not notice). At least after such an exhaustive process he endured I got a decent room...oh wait, the toilet was broken and was continuously flushing - which we could hear from the hallway approaching the room. I guess if we'd spent another 20 minutes at the desk they might've caught it. Also these rooms are noisy bruh (Niagara toilets aside), like for real. We were on the 10th and then 8th floor with the window closed and there were so many car honks that you'd think Morocco had just won the World Cup (they hadn't). If 'urban chaos' sounds like your kind of audioscape get down to Ibis Abdelmoumen - just be sure to calculate in to your stay time to spend at the front desk.

My first time in this hotel…. And let me tell you it won’t be my last. I normally hate my stays in Casablanca as it always stresses me out. However, the staff made sure i had a free upgrade to make my stay as pleasant as possible, Recommended restaurants, gave me directions and tips on how to go to my meetings…. Everything was great. The room was clean, housekeeping was fast with my requests, and free parking always available. Huge thanks to Tarik and Achraf from reception team… you made my stay surprisingly wonderful.

I went to onomo for the weekend. The hotel is located in a central place. The decorations is very nice and chic. I had a wonderful breakfast served by houssam and Jalal very helpful smiling professional and funny. A soon as I wanted to bring something it was already on the table thank you very much to both of them for this experience.
