PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE BOOKING AND AVOID TO SPOIL YOUR HOLIDAYS!!! We spent 3 nights there and were treated as if we were money. We went to eat at the hotel restaurant and asked for fresh juice, they gave us very tasteless mango juice and told us that mango in maafushi is not sweet, we had the same juice in another part of the island and it was as we expected. Every time we sit down they insistently ask us if we want water, and even if we say no, they leave the water on the table and don't include it in the bill, as soon as we get up they run after us saying we have to pay for the water, obviously we told them that the water was still closed on the table and we didn't pay. They even charge a 10% service charge like everywhere else but they never bring us change and keep it for themselves. They cook without head cover or gloves and the food was of very poor quality. We asked to join an excursion at the reception 30 minutes before it started and they told us it was not possible to organise it, so we went to the beach, where there is a kaani beach, asked them directly and they organised it for us right away (they were very angry about the attitude of the receptionist and told us that receptionist did not even want to make a phone call). The night was a circus: very loud music from 9pm until 1am and it was not possible to sleep in the room or talk on the balcony because of the noise. Room service did not replace towels, beach towels or toilet the day of departure they told us that some beach towels were missing, so we had to waste time explaining that we hadn't received them the day before. And obviously they asked us to leave a good review in booking, this makes me think they think we are stupid. Avoid this place.
The staff is rude and uncooperative, especially their operation manager , a very malicious and provocative person. The hotel is not 4 stars at all. Before and after the hotel is a construction area, which makes it a very dirty place. The restaurant smells rancid and the food is bad. We could not eat a bite, even the water glasses smelled bad. The session The interior and exterior are lousy, and the disaster is that the beach and the sea are not beautiful, as if you are in a poor village that is not in the Maldives. Our children’s room was dirty and full of insects, and when we told them they just sprayed insecticide and caused our children allergies, the balcony is not soundproofed and all the noise and drums on the beach and the street you hear while you are inside the room, we could not sleep That night, one hour, even the voices of people in the entrance can be heard, and the curtains are not light-proof, the bed and pillows are very bad, we stayed one night and asked to checke out early and that they have to return to us part of the payment of the remaining four nights and for two rooms .we checked out to find out that they deducted all the booking and the high tax and the 5 breakfasts with the green tax with careLess and disregards from their manager . It was the most terrible hotel in Maldives with the biggest lose
The worst hotel experience I have had ever! We were greeted upon arrival and everything was great until we found bed bugs in the room. We called the receptionist immediately who came and told us that there were no other rooms for three pax. He suggested we sleep in the same room for the night after they change the sheets for us. We insisted saying bed bugs are not only on the bed sheets! The staff who came checked and left and came back again saying there’s a room that we can stay in just to sleep and we agreed to it. We demanded for refund as the whole trip was ruined and we had marks all over our body. This trip was a mini get away just to be free from the work stress and we were sleepless staying one night here. Problem wasn’t just the bed bugs. We asked for a solution and we were given none. They came back to us and said that they cannot arrange refund as they have a non- refundable policy at the hotel. And then they offered a room which wasn’t completely ready! They made the bed just so we can sleep the night and we agreed to that as well. To my surprise, we were told that we would need to move from the new room again in the morning at 9am as the room was already booked by a next day arrival guest. And then said that they will have our old room ready by then after god knows what they do with the bed bugs! We insisted saying that we do not want to go back to that same room and we were told that there was no other option as they don’t have any other room options. To actually suggest we go back to that same room! So the only solution they gave us was to stay in a room that was half ready! Spend 4 more hours, leave in the morning and go back to the old room we booked that had bed bugs in it. What they said was, “we will do something about the room by the morning and have you moved back”. I am working in the hotel industry too and clearly this is not the way to treat a guest who has fully paid for the room. Local or foreigner, guest is guest! No decency and no respect! Fun fact I was told that the supervisor would come in the morning at 7am and talk to us. I called exactly at 7am and was told that he will come at 8 30 and that he would call me back as they have my number. I haven’t heard from anyone after hours and we are to check out in the next 2hrs. If you are to stay in this hotel please make sure to check the bed properly as, if you find any bed bugs at night you will certainly have no choice but to suffer yourself as they don’t have the decency to find you another room! I wouldn’t have written this review if we were given a proper solution. Problem isn’t refund, problem is the way we were treated. And we still haven’t heard from the supervisor who is supposed to call us. Happy to share an honest review!!
A very large menu, a large selection of dishes, good and healthy breakfasts, very pleasant service, everyone is always smiling, but in general: being in this hotel, you feel in complete privacy, I do not recommend it with children, the best place for a honeymoon, stunning underwater world at your feet. Excellent design of houses, everything is very thought out for guests!

訪訪客We stayed at Rehendhi Villa for two nights in July. The booking process was easy and fast. We were happy to discover that they offered boat transfer from Male airport. The staff was amazing: they awaited us at the Maafushi port, transported our luggage and escorted us to the hotel. Our room was spacious and clean. The AC was working perfectly and the wifi was fast and free of charge. We didn't have time to use the pool (we spent most of the time snorkeling), but it looked clean and well-maintained. The food at the restaurant was diverse and very tasty. We would like to say special thanks to Mr Mohan: he was very welcoming and exceptionally friendly (he even made us some delicious Sri Lankan tea). We really enjoyed our stay at Rehendhi Villa and we hope to come back as soon as possible.
訪訪客用戶We had such a wonderful experience at Rosemary Boutique Hotel. It is a quaint hotel in the best location - right at bikini beach and close to the snorkeling spot called Coral Gardens. The front of house staff are very friendly, kind and accommodating. We booked a tour through the hotel from Maafushi to Fullidoo and we go to swim with nurse sharks, manta rays and dolphins. I can highly recommend that you book all your activities through the hotel. The room was spacious enough and nice and clean. There wasn't any view from our window/balcony but that didn't bother us as we were literally only in the room to sleep. The bathroom design needs some work as the shower wets the toilet but otherwise all in all a very comfortable stay. The breakfast is fulling and the wifi is decent. This is a great value for money find.
訪訪客用戶Stayed in this hotel for 4 nights and it was pretty disappointing…. As soon as we got to the room the sink was leaking, the safe was not working and the hotel is very worn down… it needs a serious paint job and furniture upgrade. Went to the reception and they sent someone to “fix” the sink… after waiting g for a while and calling they finally sent a person to fix the safe but we wasted like an hour to fix the sink and operate de safe box! That night it was hard to sleep as the bed was a hard as a rock and when I went to the bathroom in the middle of the night there were Cockroaches…. The next morning I talked to them as the sink was leaking again, and to complain about the Cockroaches and to see if they could change our room! They said they would fix the sink again, deep clean and put a thick comforter to make the bed softer. They cleaned but the following night we found more Cockroaches, even more than before…. The curtains are filthy like they have never washed them as well as the bed cushions, the walls need a couple of layers of paint, the hotel is surrounded but many construction site so it’s quite noise and this is the view you get from the pool view room, so save your money! The only good thing about this hotel is that it’s very close to the bikini beach and they can provide beach beds and also the tour we took with them was ok as the people were nice, it was advertised as a 9am-2pm tour but it actually ended at 1pm. If I ever return to the Maldives I will not stay at this hotel as I really dislike cockroaches
