Hôtel rempli de charme dans le quartier piétons du vieux Lyon. Guidage pour une arrivée en voiture et voiturier une fois sur place. L'hôtel plein de charme avec ses coins et recoins et ses traboules. Chambre superbe, avec mezzanine. Grande baignoire. Piscine intérieure. Petit jardin sur les toits avec des ruches. Personnel très sympa et très attentif sans être obséquieux. Petit-déjeuner splendide. A recommander sans aucune modération.

Ayant eu des difficultés à réserver avec booking (une suite pour 3, mes deux enfants et moi-même) une des personnes de l hôtel m à conseille d annuler et de faire la réservation en direct. Quelle ne fut pas ma surprise d apprendre à notre arrivée que la réservation avait été annulée !!! Purement et simplement. A 20 h alors que tous les hôtels étaient pleins. On nous parlait mal et une des employées de l hôtel était tellement désagréable (ils ne nous laissaient pas rentrer dans la zone piétonne) que je lui ai fait la remarque. Malheureusement cela m a valu un long discours de reproches, pendant le trajet pour nous guider et surtout à l arrivée: Mme n a pas apprécié le ton sur lequel je lui ai parlé (normal on m annule une réservation qui avait été confirmée par mail… ) et elle m a menacé de ne pas nous accueillir! quand même il s agissait des 20 ans de mon fils ). Résultat j ai fini la soirée d anniversaire des 20 ans de mon ainé en pleurs a cause de cette c…PLUS JAMAIS JE NE REMETTRAI LES PIEDS DANS CET HÔTEL Fuyez le personnel est au tain et arrogant. Hotel was closed despite pre-paid reservation! We had a pre-paid reservation through a booking service. We arrived last night in Lyon and had difficulty locating the hotel (it's in the pedestrian part of the old city). We tried calling the hotel 20 times with no answer. We finally located the hotel at 8:30 pm and rang the bell many times. No answer. Eventually asked the restaurant across the way if they knew anything, they told us the hotel was closed and wasn't opening until later this week. After a long day of travel, we had to hastily try to find another hotel. And now we have to deal with the booking agency and Radisson,who owns this hotel, to get a refund. This was not how we plan to spend our vacation if I could rate this hotel management zero I would.

The hotel itself is amazing, oozing so much atmosphere. Great location in Lyon old town, but have to say, the highlight are the staff. Nothing was too much, a credit to the hotel and Lyon city - thank you.

Amazing hotel, the coolest, quirkiest place in Lyon I think. Such a fascinating old building and excellent service from all staff. One tip: The hotel is located in the pedestrian zone...so if you are arriving by car, you have to navigate to Rue Lainerie, which brings you to a bollard in front of the pedestrian zone. Ring the hotel when you get there and speak to the concierge who will give you a code to make the bollard go down, he'll also help you navigate the narrow pedestrian streets. Massive thank you to the concierge for all the help! We only stayed one night, but it was magical, every part of the hotel is just so special. We loved the cosy bar and the spa. Hot tub was amazing and the little gym room was small but well-equipped. Concierge booked a lovely restaurant for us (Soleil). Room was small but cosy with the most amazing huge bath. Wish we could have stayed longer in this incredible hotel. Definitely worth staying here while you're in Lyon!
