"優點：這家小飯店裝潢別緻，就在湖邊，還有一個大露臺。全景房非常漂亮，三扇窗戶可以俯瞰博登湖，房間裡有許多鏡子，還有一個浴缸——非常時尚。水療區也很不錯。早餐很好。員工非常友好。我把一件襯衫忘在衣櫃裡了，他們很快就送過來了。缺點：所謂的露台其實是很小的陽台，需要和鄰居共用。時尚的室內裝潢顯得比較廉價，有些地方已經磨損了。床不太舒服——更像是日式床墊而不是彈簧床墊。早餐時一次性包裝太多了。面向湖泊的露台是關閉的。入口處擺放著一些俗氣紀念品的展示櫃讓人失望。餐廳完全達不到四星級飯店的標準。它提供的是火焰薄餅、披薩、義大利麵和漢堡…而不是博登湖的海鮮和精緻餐飲。儘管地理位置很好，但我還是沒在那裡用餐。"

A lone bottle of mineral water with a card written Free round it’s neck. Not really true as we had spent 650 for room and half board! Good bed! Good linens. Nicely modernised bathroom. Dinner and breakfast adeguate. Spa and swimming pools horrendously old fashioned. Not for one moment worth your money!"
