Seemed to be a lot of maintenance items that needed addressing. Hot tub and restroom at pool were closed, so there was a lot of back and forth taking kids to use restroom elsewhere. One elevator was out, causing a long wait at the one available. Hot breakfast was great! Good options, the place was busy and they kept it well stocked. Room was clean and inviting.

I always enjoy staying at a Hampton Inn because I know exactly what to expect and I am generally more than satisfied. As a whole, I was pleased with our time at the Bellingham Hampton. The room was (mostly) clean, everything worked and the beds/linens were comfy. However, the carpet (at least in room 307) desperately needs to be cleaned. There were 2 or 3 fairly large (3-5" diameter) spots that were sticky. We don't typically wear shoes inside, so although we learned very quickly where they were and were able to avoid them most of the time, we still had occasions when we forgot and our socks would end up getting all sticky. Could have done without that part.

Hotel was great. But it said it was attached to mall. NOT. Had to take taxi to airport and was supposed to be shuttle waiting on our return. NOT. Had to pay taxi and to leave car at hotel. Not impressed.

The hotel looked new. Check-in was easy and the staff was friendly. The bed is a little firm but comfortable. The continental breakfast was very basic. Starbucks shares the same parking lot.

I am needing to speak to a manager as soon as possible my stay started out absolutely horrible and unsafe!

Filthy room and gym. Staff is friendly, but not very professional.

Great place to stay. Fresh and modern. Great breakfast.
