Great to stay

Our room wasn't cleaned properly as anytime we stepped into the shower our feet were covered in dirt, furniture was covered in dust, bed looked stained and had signs of mildew, lamps were covered in something I couldn't recognize. No wifi despite it advertising free high speed internet. Signal on the television was constantly going in and out. Tv remote was also broken as some buttons didn't work. Shower was broken and had an exposed rusty nail. Food from whoever stayed in that room before was left in bags in the freezer, didn't want to touch out of concern as it looked like it had been there for a long time. Found room key cards left in end table. Fire alarm not mounted to ceiling properly was activated by steam due to poor ventilation.

Sheets were changed but remainder of room and bathroom were NOT at all cleaned! Used napkins, spoon, timesheets, crumbs, dog kibble, empty bottle of liquor! Shower drain clogged and we showered with water above our ankles. We went out to eat breakfast and told housekeeper we were returning to brush teeth. We refurned and she was in our room!!!! Keep your valuables and financial identity on your person at ALL times in this place. We go to a yearly event in Lynchburg and will be staying inn our camper van in the future!

I’m a senior citizen, I was not offered a room on the first floor, instead I had to limp up 2 flight of stairs, walk past several rooms, before I got to my room. I was not pleased at all!

Room was cheap for the area. Lobby was clean. The rooms are kind of worn down. Overall for just needed to stay a night it was fine.

Room was clean, beds comfortable. Bathroom small. Shower ok. Slow drains in tub and sink.

I forgot to ask for a room on the bottom level, my husband is handicapped and I have 2 bad knees. With no elevator we would have been just miserable. We were first told no that there wasn't any rooms available. BUT to the rescue I think the manager hooked us up and we got a room. That was greatly appreciated . Room was clean, bed was EH. But we are not picky people just want a room a toilet and shower and pray that the bed is comfortable and clean. Thanks again for getting a room on the first floor !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Rooms had poor lighting, bath tub was dirty (with tub floor dark as it were not scrub at all). Bed sheets had black spots, they do not make cleaning unless you call them, breakfast is from 6am to 10am but at 8am there is nothing left and they do not fill/make more, coffee taste bad (as made with unclean/dirty water), some of the towels had bad odor (as wet dog). Beds are pretty uncomfortable and small (not for 2 persons). Fridge mount is falling appart (broken), inside fridge not clean at all and with mold spots, burnt-out bulbs in floor lamp, door did close well (you can open it from the outside without the key sometimes). Staff is courteous but they were only 2. I put the trash outside the door in the morning before 8am and when we arrived in late at night (after 10pm) it was still there.
