Do not recommend! Buyer beware! Cancelled my reservation without contacting me after running my low limit credit card that I used to hold my reservation on a pay at the property. Front desk associate didn’t stand or greet us upon entering the hotel. Refused to rebook us & told us to go to the Home Too. Called Home Too & they wanted to put my party of four in a room with one king & a pull out for more money. No thank you! Made a reservation at the local Marriott and was treated amazingly. Hilton just lost a Hilton Honors member. Marriott is now my go to.

We needed a late night check in due to a family emergency. The night clerk who checked us in was duper helpful & friendly.

Good place to spend a night or two. Clean facilities, plenty of towels, friendly staff. Breakfast options were very limited, but it was included in the room fee.

The shower setup was awkward resulting in water on the floor plus I needed to request additional bath towels because none were provided when the room was cleaned. On the positive side, communication was daily via text messages regarding if I had any needs or questions

The room was clean and the staff were very helpful. There are some basic amenities like a fitness centre but the equipment is a bit limited. Still good though!

We attended the graduation for Liberty University and was not familiar with the Hilton Spark. We had an amazing experience from our arrival to departure. The accommodations were great, the staff (Sonja, Bonnie) were excellent.

The rooms were clean, and the property itself was in a perfect location. Overall, we had a good stay. The cleaning staff were very friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, our experience with the front desk was not as pleasant, the woman checking us in seemed bothered by our arrival, which made for an unwelcoming first impression. The hallways could have used a bit more attention, especially with vacuuming. The breakfast was also disappointing. We ended up going elsewhere to eat, and even the “fresh” fruit didn’t look very appetizing. That said, despite a few drawbacks, I would still stay here again because of the great location and overall experience.

Breakfast menus was ok, some fresh foods and packaged foods. Crowded little area to eat. But clean and courteous staff.

It was not a clean hotel - sticky floors in the rooms, stains on the wall; it was clear that the room was not really cleaned. I stayed for two nights and while housecleaning came in to refresh the towels, they did not make the bed. What was funny was that I kept the towels hung, which I thought signaled that new towels were not necessary. The elevator was dirty as well. Because of the condition of the room, I did not try the free breakfast.
