"Our stay at DoubleTree Hotel was pleasant and comfortable. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities provided. We especially appreciated the warm cookies upon arrival, a nice touch that added to the welcoming atmosphere. While the decor may be somewhat dated, it didn't detract from our overall experience. The location was convenient, with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions. Overall, DoubleTree Hotel provided us with a satisfactory stay and good value for the price."

Great stay. I requested an early check in because I was doing a night shift and needed to rest before starting work again in the evening. Staff were helpful. Good buffet breakfast spread. Highly recommend this hotel!

It was very nice and enjoyable place to stay.. Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice.
Seeing a venue about prestige collectors car was also bonus.

The room was not clean enough there were used kids toys under my bed and the carpet could use a good vacuuming under the beds ,bathroom tile was dirty no complimentary toothpaste toothbrush for 100 plus pound a night was really shocked .

The room was not worth the price paid. The bed was uncomfortable and the room was not cleaned properly (crisp crumbs on floor and remote control sticky). The room is very tired and in need of a refurb, particularly carpets, windows and bathroom. The reception and bar/restaurant is very good and food also very good.
The most annoying thing was that when another room turned on the taps the water flows at a very noisy level.

Havde virkelig håbet på en bedre hoteloplevelse baseret på at det faktisk er et DoubleTree by Hilton hotel.
Restauranten var under middel både aften og morgen. Der var intet varmt vand om morgenen!!!! Virkelig irriterende!

We had an amazing stay. On arrival we were given some cookies and on entering the room we had bottles of water. The hotel was very clean and bright. The entrance is very welcoming and the room was lovely. It had everything we needed: a fridge, hair dryer etc. We had a family room (2 adults and 2 teenagers) The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very yummy with a good choice of food. I will definitely be staying here again.

The place was incredibly easy to find. The staff were lovely and friendly and the room was wonderful, but very warm!! (The heating switches by the bathroom door were all off, so had the window open wide all night). The restaurant was a very comfortable temperature though and the staff were very willing to accommodate us both being vegan. The reason we were disappointed with the eco side of things was the bottled water everyone was offered on arrival, when there's perfectly drinkable water from the tap! Would be nice to see more fair trade products in the room and no plastic packaging!. But this is all very picky; we had a wonderful stay thank you and a little, easy walk to the National Self Build and Renovation Centre, which is what we came to see. Oh, and thank you for doing the Tesco vouchers, which pretty much paid for our stay!
