Make yourself at home in this 4-bedroom Shickshinny retreat. This gorgeous farmhouse sitting on 100 acres is the perfect getaway for guests seeking a welcoming and peaceful escape. Whether you're fishing or boating on the large pond or simply relaxing in the serene surroundings, you're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place. We are located 15 miles from Rickets Glen State Park. The Fully stocked kitchen features high-end appliances, a coffee maker that can do single serve (k-cups), a microwave, toaster oven, and dishwasher All 4 bedrooms are located on the second floor We're providing awesome water activities that include fishing pole's, 2 adults kayak's, 2 children kayak's, and a paddle boat with life vests. If you are brave enough feel free to boat under the 20 foot high fountain! When you've had your fill of aquatic fun, gather around the firepit. Outdoor spaces include a porch, a pavilion with both a gas and charcoal grill, picnic tables, a firepit, and a small beach area on the pond. INTERACTION WITH GUESTS: Our interaction with the guests can be as little or as much as they would like. IS THERE A KEY TO THE HOUSE: You will receive a code prior to your arrival. Check-in & check-out times? Our check-in time is flexible and can typically be adjusted as needed. 3pm is the check-in and check-out at or before 11am Can we fish in the pond? Yes, poles and basic items will be provided. Catch and release is preferred, special requests can be made. Live bait is sold in town. Fish include bass, glue-gills, Calico, Walleye, Channel Catfish, Bullhead Cat-fish, and KOI Can we swim in the pond? Absolutely no swimming, wading, etc in our 5-acre pond. ** You will be required to sign an agreement at the time of your check-in stating you will abide by this rule.
