盧嫩堡埃馬姆飯店(Lunenburg Arms Hotel)

Everything about the place is outstanding. When we first arrived we were given the opportunity to view the room before we book. The women who worked the front desk were very welcoming and offered suggestions of places to eat. The housekeeping staff do an excellent job.Room is very clean. The location is ģreat to tour the town on foot. We took a room with a view and were not disappointed. We'll worth the money spent.

The room was great. The shops looked great. We had a huge window in our room which was great for watching hurricane Lee from. The second day we had no power from 8 AM till we left the next day at 9 Am. So all shops were closed on day two. We had little food, no coffee, no shower. we just sat there watching the hurricane. we asked for a discount and didn't get one. The hotel in general was ok.

Central location in a town justifiably designated as a world heritage site. Rooms with a remarkable view of the harbor, well appointed with recent renovation. Amenities consistent with a small and intimate inn rather than hotel. Exceeded expectations. Excellent restaurants close by. Great starting point for a walking tour or to explore the fascinating historical town.

We arrived just prior to check in only to find our room was not quite ready, it was Saturday afternoon and the lovely lady at the front desk explained they had a full turnover that day. We were not in a rush, just starting our vacation (we had flown out of Toronto in the morning) and could wait another hour or 2, after all we were in the beautiful town of Lunenburg! She informed us it was okay to leave the rental in their parking lot and she did give us our keys so we headed straight down the hill to explore. When we returned our room exceeded our expectations. The hotel had undergone a recent renovation and our room was beautiful. The room was massive and had a full kitchen with mini fridge, sink, cook top, microwave, keurig coffee machine, cook ware and cutlery! Large king bed with built in side tables which contained charging outlets and regular outlets. Huge TV and AC! Washroom was very large but no tub only a step in shower which was fine for us as we are not tub people. Two things to note, only one small mirror over bathroom vanity and the vanity was quite small, not a lot of counter space but it did have two shelves below the sink. We utilized the large desk in the room to put out our toiletries. Perfect location for us, we explored the town for the next 2 days and enjoyed the comforts of home in the evening. Plus it is central to everything in the town. Bring your walking shoes, we tracked at least 5 to 7 miles per day!. Would highly recommend the Lunenburg Arms! Staff were helpful and extremely friendly!

I spent 2 nights the Lunenburg Arms in July with my teenage sons. All of the ladies at the front desk were gracious and helpful. As were the cleaning staff when I requested more pillows and an ironing board. Our one-bedroom suite was very clean with a full kitchenette. It also had air conditioning units in both rooms. Oddly, it didn’t have a closet, just a coat rack to hang things. It was quiet and located in a great spot to walk around the entire town.

Century Inn, lovely setting, on one of main streets. Rooms are tired, comfy bed. Room had AC but the bathroom was not great. I cleaned it when I arrived, sink, toilet, tub and smelled as tho it had not been cleaned. Lots of history in the town. Everything is walkable, beware, lots of hills. 5 minute walk to water, beautiful piers, boat watching.

Lovely rooms, the loft room in particular has a jacuzzi and a very European style. Staff are pleasant and helpful. You’re one block away from all of the restaurants and gift shops. The hotel took a big hit during Covid and is demolishing their restaurant, but there are plenty of greats places to eat nearby.

Pleasant hotel, close to everything in Lunenburg. Being an old building, the bedroom was long and narrow which made it feel cramped with oversized pieces of furniture. Fridge was a bit noisy. The hotel had a lift which was a bonus for upper floors. Free Parking across the road from the hotel was helpful.

The hotel in convienently located in the centre of town near many of the sights. The room was spacious but very noisy. The furnizure was dated. The trucks arriving all night to make deliveries to the warehouse accross the street are quite disturbing. Heating was not working properly, and there were issues with the electricity. Definately not a 4 star hotel!
