Some of the people at the front desk is rude. The maids dont be wanting to clean the rooms at times. The breakfast is barley eatable. The beagles 9 times out of 10 is hard as a rock.

House keepers don't want to clean always give you old sheets an towels & wash clothes roaches are horrible want ask if you need toilet paper are nothing don't even want to pick up trash you leave out.

Hotel was great room was clean breakfast was fresh and hot

I booked my room at the Fairfield Inn in Lumberton NC for 71 dollars then upon checking in the person who was working the front desk tells me that they have a 20 dollar incidental fee that would be refunded as long as the room was not damaged but then after I check-out the next morning I find out that I was being charged 250 plus 71 for the room and the 20 dollar incidental so I am not going to be using trip.com nor will I be staying at the Fairfield Inn no matter what town it is in
