Accueil et services impeccable et surtout le sens de responsabilité du personnel Vous séjourner dans une tranquillité où personne ne se mêle de vos affaires, l’équipe des chambres et réception son très professionnel dans leur tâche

C'est un hotel avec un service de très très bonne qualité. Tout est vraiment impeccable, excepte cote dejeuner ou il n'y a pas de poisson et des fruits de mer. Le personnel en general, est très professionnel. Prochainement, j'espere y retourner et trouver la mise en oeuvre de suggestions que nous avons formule.

I chose this hotel on my first trip to Kinshasa and was pleased with the overall stay. The room was spacious, clean and in good shape. For me, a in-room safe is a must have and I was happy there was one in my room. The floor of my shower stall has hard water stains in some areas but the overall cleanliness was acceptable. The selection at the buffet from breakfast to dinner was solid. The staff was super friendly. I had a problem with my American Express card and they were super helpful in trying to help me resolve it. Shout out to Franck and Nadège at the Front desk! This is a business hotel, so it is always busy in the public/ common areas but the room was quiet and the AC works well.

Me and 26 crew members we are living in Kinplaza since November 2023 , we are really impressed from the Hotel , rooms are extremely clean , service excellent . No even one crew member complains about anything . As you know Airlines looking for top hotels only and this is the right place to stay for couple of months . In addition they have 5 Star Resturant with food from Libanon and international as well especially Chief Abbas is an excellent Profi . I can tell you you can feel like at home in Europe . You have to ask for Abbas and then you can enjoy the prepared food .
