This "organic" hotel was very unique and might appeal to some, but not the majority. The "breakfast" they offer is an absolute joke. Using a smartphone after downloading a QR code is the only way to enter the building or open your room door. Although the facility is very clean and the beds are comfortable, amenities are minimal. Apparently, there is some sort of evening reception, but only on Friday & and Saturdays. No restaurant, no bar, no lobby area, no coffee, just water... not what I expect from a hotel, but perhaps a select few might enjoy.

Le style très contemporain est à souligner (béton brut) ainsi que le niveau technologique (clé numérique sur smartphone) et l'excellente localisation à deux pas de la gare et du centre historique de Lugano. Il faut par contre souligner le manque d’équipement et de rangement dans la chambre où La place manquait. C’est une chambre idéal pour une nuit pour une personne mais pas pour un séjour de plusieurs jours (il existe cependant des chambres plus grandes dans l'hôtel donc pensez à bien choisir). Les portions servies au petit déjeuner tiennent plus de la dinette que d’un petit déjeuner. Le rapport qualité / prix doit être amélioré.

Tolles Boutique-Hotel an guter Lage – nur wenige Gehminuten vom Bahnhof und der Innenstadt entfernt. Das Hotel ist kunstvoll eingerichtet, sehr gepflegt und strahlt eine angenehme Atmosphäre aus. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das gute Frühstück – frisch, abwechslungsreich und liebevoll präsentiert. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

We stayed at the B5 hotel for one night during a weekend trip. The hotel is absolutely perfect, very friendly staff, beautiful and stylish rooms. The location is great too. Just a 3 minutes walt from the train station. The breakfast was pretty good, it could be a little more comprehensive. Would definitely recommend the hotel.

Excellentes Hotel !!! Modern und stylish. Aus einem „alten Hotelkadten“ wurde ein Juwel kreiert ❗️ Mit enorm viel Charme. Kunst und Design Liebhaber werden dieses Hotel lieben. Tolle Zimmer - jedes individuell 🤩. Tolles Frühstück. Top sauber und gepflegt. Top Lage. Und das absolute Highlight: das freundliche Gastgeber- Ehepaar 😀😀.

The place is conveniently located near the train station as well as the funicular to go to the lake promenade. They are between 5 to 10 minutes walk from the hotel respectively. Daniel was very prompt in responding with whatever we need figured out in the room besides being nice and helpful. Thank you, Daniel; you made our stay wonderful!

I had an amazing stay at the B5 Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the service was incredibly warm and welcoming. The hotel's style is stunning, with every little detail thoughtfully designed. The breakfast was fantastic, featuring a great selection of regional delicacies.
