We stayed here, although the hotel has apparently changed its name to Plaza Inn Hotel Berlin Süd — but it's the same place as shown in the pictures. We had booked a room for 3 persons and made sure we could pay by card. The day before arrival, we received an email from the hotel saying they were having technical difficulties and that guests would need to pay in cash. This was inconvenient for us, as we were already on the road with a tight schedule, and now had to find a place to withdraw cash. We replied kindly, asking if they could refund us the withdrawal fee, but instead they answered that they could just take our Visa card number and charge us manually. We were a bit disappointed that this wasn’t mentioned upfront — before we interrupted our trip to find an ATM. Anyway, there is free parking just outside the entrance, and the reception is open 24/7 with very friendly staff. The room appeared clean and, in addition to 3 beds, had outlets by the beds, a desk, a phone, bottled water on the table, towels, and a clothes shelf. One of the bathroom walls had some undefined stains and didn’t look completely clean, but that was the only issue we noticed. We included breakfast in our stay and were offered as a large buffet with lots of choices — even a hot drinks machine with espresso, coffee, hot milk, tea, etc. There was also a small selection of sweet treats to enjoy after breakfast. For one night including breakfast, we paid 147 euros (in cash), and we feel the price was fair — especially considering it's a more modern hotel, close to Berlin, with 24/7 reception and a bigger breakfast than in many smaller hotels.
