Built in 1892 with original hardwood oak floors in the main area of the home. Walk or bike to Lake MI beautiful Stearns Beach and spend a lovely day swimming and soaking up the sun. Stay for the gorgeous Lake MI sunset and watch the Badger Car Ferry return from Manitowic to Ludington. Spend a lovely evening grilling in the enclosed private gardens with hot tub & gas grill, 2 min walk to town to great local restaurants and entertainment. explore famous Ludington State Park and Nordhouse Dunes. Enjoy a lovely evening in the screen porch (aka Green Room) Sleep with open windows and enjoy the lovely Lake MI breeze out on the landscaped patio. Full size washer/dryer and queen size sleeper sofa in family room.About pets:No pets allowed, service animals permitted.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:No bonfires

Home Away from Home
My family enjoyed our stay at this comfortable and convenient home that is walking distance to restaurants, shops and many attractions in Ludington. it is a casual and relaxing place with a lovely patio and cute sunroom and is well supplied throughout. There is so much to do and see in this area

Cozy home
The home was very quaint and cozy. Check in was a little confusing because there were 2 lockboxes at the door entrance, with one not working and had not been removed. Once that was figured out, there were no issues. We loved the screened in porch and spent most of our time when we were at the house there.

Family Friendly and Great Location!
We were so thrilled to have found this great location in Ludington for our family! So close to everything in town and the beach, this charmer was convenient and a good fit for us. The home has had some renovations and so I would imagine updates are in progress. No air conditioning, but many fans provided to help beat the occasional hot day. We especially enjoyed the double rocker, screened in sunroom and outdoor patio! We hope to return and look forward to seeing how the property evolves over time. Thank you for hosting our stay!
