The hotel is located in a strategic location. I had a late night check-in and it was a bit unwelcoming since the concierge were chilling on the couch until I had to call onto them. I also called for the concierge twice to assist me with baggages but no one answered the phone for 4-5 times, and when answered no one actually came to assist me until I walked down and informed them again. Rooms a bit old but overall okay.

Front desk Staff really unskilled, bad attitude, not helpful , they make my stay worst experience in my life,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

What a nice property it was my first time to booked this hotel staff were really friendly and helpfull food was yum all the amenities and services they provided are best shopping mall is outside if the Hotel all the things you need to do its just walking distance defently recommended to everyone cheers🙏👌

Wir haben ein sehr schönes Zimmer vorgefunden in der 8. Etage ( schön ruhig) und waren anschließend in der Bar und im hauseigenen chinesischen Restaurant essen. War sehr lecker und das Personal um den Manager vishal kimtasuper nett. Kann ich empfehlen..

Radisson Blu hotel in Ludhiana is best place to hang out now days they are hosting Rajsthan food festival which is totally unique in Ludhiana Manoj help us with food options we had dal bhati churma lal Maas safed Maas which is totally unique and authentic sartha is the guy who called and invite for Food festival We really Enjoy service and food kindly do this on regular basis so that we enjoy diffrent kind of food in our favourite Restaurant.

I have came here my family it went soo well here . I had really nice stay over here it was lovely and comfortable and the food was good and services was excellent and it made my day i have enjoyed alot over here . The room were too good and the staff made me feel like home

I have stayed in Radisson Blu and my experience was lovely and I have enjoyed alot • The staff was very nice , lovely and they have given us wonderful services and the room was very beautiful and wonderful moreover the food was delicious and the services was excellent will surely come soon

It was a pleasant staycation at Radisson Blue Ludhiana, I went there with my family, The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was very neat and clean. Me and my family loved the restaurant there named ‘Made in India’ where they serve the best Indian dishes .

Excellent stay and location is perfect as it feels like a second home to me . A special thank you to Atul bhasin ,Parinita,Sanchit malhotra who made our stay extra special and helped with any requests. Five stars for all of the staff . Thank you, we will be returning again

Everything was really perfect l. Especially Pranita & Manpreet at the front desk did the tremendous job. Even asked the cup of tea in the midnight was being served. I would definitely recommend to others for the Radisson Ludhiana always. Best staff ever seen in other hotels

They both gave me very good advice ... and they both are very talented .... I did not face any problem ... I recommend everyone to go to this hotel .... The food was very tasty and clean. .all the staff were doing their job properly...they are all educated .......
